🎬🥘 Heute widmen wir uns dem ersten Tag des ZFF Genus Film, eine Zusammemarbeit mit @genussfilmzug!

Die erstmalige Kooperation eröffnet am 30.09. mit dem Film NOOR: COCINAR PASADOS POSIBLES.

Der Film taucht in das kreative Universum des Restaurants «Noor» ein, in dem Paco Morales und Paola Gualandi das Erbe von Al-Andalus mittels Haute Cuisine neu interpretieren. Eine Sichtweise, die die Gastronomie als lebendiges Erbe und als eine sich stetig weiterentwickelnde Erfahrung der Zukunft versteht.

Bekocht werden Gäste des Abends im @papiersaal von unseren sogenannten «Creative Architects».

@andre._kaiser ist Culinary Director von @thechediandermatt und dabei zuständig für The Restaurant. @niklasoberhofer wurde 2022 als jüngster Sternekoch der Schweiz ausgezeichnet und führt heute erfolgreich seine Catering- und Eventfirma @no_events__ sowie das Pop-up @atelier__six. by @andre._kaiser

From the garden-grown vision of Simon Romer @schlosswartegg_bodensee, to the visionary cuisine of Maximilian Huber from @lucide_luzern, the plant-led artistry of Corinne «Coco» Wittinger and Nadine Heini @bayts_restaurant, the playful lightness of Joel Coray and Maël Hêche @restaurant.zoe and the regional taste of André Kaiser @andre._kaiser and Giulia Mancusi.

A heartfelt thank you to the chefs, the teams and everyone behind the first Alpine Green Table.

Sustainability meets alpine haute cuisine.

On June 14, 2026, The Chedi Andermatt invites guests to the «Alpine Green Table» at 2,300 meters above sea level.

The day before, the participating chefs venture into the alpine surroundings around Andermatt to forage for herbs, plants, and other ingredients.
From these finds, a spontaneous, seasonal 5-course menu is created — closely connected to the region and nature.

Joining the event: Simon Romer, Maximilian Huber, Corinne «Coco» Wittinger,
Joel Coray & Maël Hêche, host André Kaiser, and Chef Pâtissière Giulia Mancusi.

A culinary statement under open skies — for a maximum of 40 guests. Tickets are limited.
