A completely new look for this basement kitchen + dining space. 🤎

For this transformation, the Imperial Properties team reimagined the existing space through both design and construction, from cabinetry and finishes to lighting, furnishings and the custom banquette.

The goal was to create something warmer, more elevated and intentional, while making the space work beautifully for the family.

And like any good design project, there were a few decisions we had to rethink along the way. 👀 We’ll share one of those next.

Aston is off to 3rd grade and Mason to 2nd! 💙📚 Praying they and all the kiddos have an amazing, safe, and blessed school year! 🙏🏾✨

Family bike ride adventures! ☀️🚴‍♀️ The boys were all in, until about mile 2 😂. Found a little skate park (Aston was fearless, Mason played it safe), saw soccer & softball games in full swing, and of course, the Kona Ice truck was the real MVP 🍧. Happy 7th Birthday to my sweet boy, Aston Jett! 🖤✨ I can’t believe how fast time is flying, feels like just yesterday I was holding you in my arms for the first time. Now, you’re growing into the most kind, smart, and fearless little soul, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Stepping into the home God has blessed us with, one detail at a time. From the copper gutters to the sleek black garage doors, it’s all coming together. 🙌🏽 This journey has been nothing short of a test of faith, but we’ve trusted God every step of the way. As we near the finish line, we’re beyond thankful, overwhelmed, and overjoyed. Couldn’t have done it without Him! 🙏🏽 ‘Let It All Work Out’ feels like the perfect anthem for this moment. A little house update. Haven’t posted in a while, but we’ve passed our inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing & insulation & wont have another until we are DONE *screams internally*! We are soooo excited, our driveway has been poured, exterior paint is being completed, and sheetrock has started…. Then doors, floors, paint…. FINISHES…. Omg we are ALMOST THERE! We went with Iron Ore, & Dorian Gray for exterior paint & Aaron had some beautiful detail added as a surprise for our windows & I am in loveeee!!!! #newconstruction #homedesign #exteriordesign #exteriorpainting #ironore #doriangray by @andrea08523

As I sit and wait for you to walk out on this special day of your pre-K graduation, my heart overflows with love and pride for the incredible, high-spirited child you are. Your energy, enthusiasm, and joy have brought so much light and laughter into our lives, and I am so grateful to witness the amazing person you are becoming.

As you embark on this new journey towards kindergarten and beyond, I am reminded of a sweet scripture that speaks to your spirited nature:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” - Jeremiah 29:11

God has a special plan for you, Mason J, filled with hope, blessings, and endless possibilities. Your vibrant spirit, your boundless energy, and your loving heart are gifts that will help you shine brightly and bring joy to everyone you meet.

As you continue to grow and learn, may you always trust in God’s plan for you, have faith in yourself, and live each day with gratitude and kindness. A S T O N J E T T 🖤🎓

Our little kindergarten grad! We are so proud of the person you are becoming. You have grown so much over this past year, both academically and emotionally. We have watched you learn new things, make new friends, and face challenges with courage and determination. Your curiosity, creativity, and kindness shine through in everything you do, and we are in awe of the person you are already becoming!

You are smart. You are kind. You are important.

Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

This scripture reminds us to have faith in God, to trust in His plan for us, and to seek His guidance in all that we do. As you continue on your journey of learning and growing, always remember to trust in the Lord, to seek His wisdom, and to follow His path for you. He will always be there to guide and support you, no matter what challenges or opportunities come your way.

Here we come 1st grade! Congrats son!
