A completely new look for this basement kitchen + dining space. 🤎

For this transformation, the Imperial Properties team reimagined the existing space through both design and construction, from cabinetry and finishes to lighting, furnishings and the custom banquette.

The goal was to create something warmer, more elevated and intentional, while making the space work beautifully for the family.

And like any good design project, there were a few decisions we had to rethink along the way. 👀 We’ll share one of those next.

This is amb.

I don’t get to cut up like this at the gym. But just me and my girl @andrea08523?! It’s go time 😆…thank you Pooh for the great workout! My first time incorporating jump rope and boxing, and I gotta say I loved it!

I’m not ready to commit to it long term cause I’m still in my initial phases of my Pilates Princess era 😫, but ADHD got me a little bit of everywhere right now! But the great thing about fitness is that there’s more than one way to reach your goals!

Find what resonates with YOU and then go all in…Certified Gym Girl, Pilates Princess on the way and who knows Boxer Bae up next?! Whatever it is y’all know imma romanticize it 😌

Year 40 Goal: Become a Pilates Princess

I’ve been talking about my desire to be a Pilates Princess for a while now, but this is the year of less talk and more ACTION!

In true Amber fashion - if I’m going do it I may as well bring my friends along too! @bodyrokmadison thank you for the AMAZING experience and for being SO accommodating to my requests for my private event! I appreciate everything that your team did to make sure our experience was a dream!

What started out as a birthday party has evolved into much more, and I can’t wait to share more of it with you 💕

My friends offered me their love for my birthday, and I must say it was one of the greatest gifts I could have received!

Being in the event industry you quickly learn how much time and energy is required to plan events - irregardless of size. So, I just didn’t have it in me to plan anything for my 40th birthday. Thank you @rollininconfetti for not listening to me when I said I was going to be in the bed for my birthday. Thank you for taking your time to plan the perfect surprise for my 40th birthday. I know firsthand what it requires. Time is the most precious resource that we have as once it is gone it can never be returned. Thank you to each of you for showing up and giving me your time and love. I appreciate you!

The song asks would you be a happy girl? And the answer is yes. Yes I am. 🫶🏽🥹✨

Trigger Warning ⚠️ ☣️A Labor of Love
I got a call from an older lady. She told me she had a small plumbing issue that she wanted me to look at., I’m thinking it’s something simple so I put her off for about a week because she didn’t make it sound urgent. Boy was I wrong . When I arrived at her home, it was clear right away it was much more than that. The damage was extensive—moisture everywhere, mold creeping up the walls, and the air heavy with years of neglect she simply couldn’t afford to fix. It broke my heart. I called a few friends and without hesitation, they came through with donations for materials. , grabbing what we could from the clearance aisle. It wasn’t fancy at all, but its now clean, safe, and she was full of gratitude . Ain’t nothing to it but to do it.#bath#freerenovation

✨ From Garage to Greatness ✨

We completely transformed this space by adding a wall to create TWO functional rooms:

✅ Room 1: Open and versatile for anything the client envisions.
✅ Room 2: A cozy natural hair salon with a shampoo bowl, custom plumbing, and fresh finishes.

Turning garages into dream spaces is what we do! What would YOU create?

Stepping into the home God has blessed us with, one detail at a time. From the copper gutters to the sleek black garage doors, it’s all coming together. 🙌🏽 This journey has been nothing short of a test of faith, but we’ve trusted God every step of the way. As we near the finish line, we’re beyond thankful, overwhelmed, and overjoyed. Couldn’t have done it without Him! 🙏🏽 ‘Let It All Work Out’ feels like the perfect anthem for this moment. Moving in soon, and we can’t wait to share more! 🏡✨ #NewConstruction #GodsPlan #FaithJourney #Blessed #HomeSweetHome

A little house update. Haven’t posted in a while, but we’ve passed our inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing & insulation & wont have another until we are DONE *screams internally*! We are soooo excited, our driveway has been poured, exterior paint is being completed, and sheetrock has started…. Then doors, floors, paint…. FINISHES…. Omg we are ALMOST THERE! We went with Iron Ore, & Dorian Gray for exterior paint & Aaron had some beautiful detail added as a surprise for our windows & I am in loveeee!!!! #newconstruction #homedesign #exteriordesign #exteriorpainting #ironore #doriangray
