⭐️ Yesterday was one of the most powerful moments of our ABURY Girls Gearing Up Academy.

Our Mega Mentoring Day is all about meaningful one-on-one conversations.

Yesterday, almost 50 mentors from across Germany each spent over an hour with one of our 52 Academy participants, talking about dreams, leadership, courage, careers, setbacks, and everything in between.

The result? Honest conversations. Real connections. New confidence.

Afterwards, every girl stepped onto the stage to share the biggest lesson she was taking home.

❤️ ”Don’t be afraid to ask.”

❤️ ”Your future is yours to create.”

❤️ ”Be resilient.”

❤️ ”Do what you love.”

There wasn’t a dry eye in the amphitheater.

Because mentoring isn’t about giving someone all the answers. It’s about helping them believe they can find their own.

Today, we’re taking a trip down memory lane to the very first ABURY Hospitality Academy in Marrakech 🇲🇦✨

Looking back at these moments, we’re filled with pride and gratitude for every young woman who joined us, shared her dreams and ambitions, and embraced this journey with courage and determination.

What began as an idea became a thriving community where girls gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry while building meaningful connections with fellow participants, inspiring women, and talented professionals who believed in their potential. ❤️

The success of this 1st cohort exceeded our expectations, and none of it would have been possible without the incredible partners who supported us every step of the way.

From the hospitality leaders who welcomed our participants into their spaces and provided hands-on professional training @ummami_meltingpot , @amanjena , @radissonblumarrakech and @fsmarrakech , to the organizations that helped ensure our girls had the support and resources they needed throughout the program @25hourshotels , @ehlsmile , @help_alliance , @postcodelotterie we are endlessly grateful for your trust, generosity, and commitment.

I believe Marrakesh is making its visitors more sensitive. We are not used to the intensity of people, ordeurs, sounds, colours around us. And then also the heat in June ...

Every time I bring a group to Marrakesh it fascinates me how quick we get into deep talk, how we open up towards strangers and leave inspired and positively loaded.

A big thank you to this amazing group of women who trusted me!

Wait… did 9 months really pass by? 😮

It feels like yesterday that we welcomed the very first cohort of the ABURY Hospitality Academy in Marrakech.

Last week, we gathered to celebrate something truly special: their graduation!

Our hearts are still so full. ❤️

Nine months ago, these young women embarked on a journey filled with learning, growth, challenges, and countless moments of discovery. They showed up every day with determination, courage, and incredible potential… and watching them flourish has been one of the greatest privileges. 💫

Together with their families, teachers, mentors, and supporters, we came together at @riad_anayela to celebrate this milestone and everything it represents.

14 girls. 14 unique stories. 14 bright futures. 👩‍🎓⭐

To our graduates : thank you for trusting us, inspiring us, and reminding us why this work matters. We couldn’t be prouder of everything you’ve achieved. 🫶
