When women gather, change begins.🌟Back in 2013, @tanjabuelter_berlin was one of the very first women to believe in ABURY – and what started as a shared vision for cultural exchange and female empowerment has grown into a lasting friendship and collaboration. 💫Fast forward to last week: that connection came full circle in Marrakech, where @andreabury , Tanja, and a group of inspiring women came together for a journey of creativity, learning, and connection.Let us walk you through the experiences!(1) A beautiful breakfast at the @riad_anayela , the travel group chatting and getting ready to start the day.(2) Tanja and Andrea posing in front of the Cloud of Values at the ABURY Hospitality Academy Marrakech where the group met the academy participants whose energy and vision were contagious – a space filled with encouragement, learning, and mutual inspiration.(3) The girls were super excited to welcome new guests to the academy and had opportunities to get to know the travelers.(4) A photo of the travel group and the academy participants, everyone wearing a big smile that perfectly encaptures this exchange.(5) Back in AnaYela, Tanja hosted a creative workshop – a moment to pause, reflect, and connect on a deeper level.(6)&(7) Another highlight was meeting local designers who are blending traditional Moroccan craftsmanship with modern design – a powerful reminder of how innovation and heritage can coexist.This journey wasn’t about ticking off sights.It was about connection.About women supporting women – across cultures, stories, and dreams.Special thanks to @marykayglobal for making this experience possible – and to every woman who brought her light and energy to this unforgettable trip. 💛#ABURY #ABURYHospitalityAcademy #whenwomengather #empowerment #femaleleadership #collaboration #marrakech #womensupportingwomen #culturalexchange #travel by @riad_anayela

The first field trip as ABURY Hospitality Academy students. 🏨Two weeks ago, our Academy participants put on their red sweaters and “painted Marrakech red” on their way to our partner hotel @riad_anayela. For the first time, they experienced and learned about hospitality outside the classroom – meeting the team, asking questions, and soaking in the warm welcome of Moroccan tea & cookies. 🍪☕️Back at the Academy, the girls presented their impressions to the group. For many of them this was challenging – but that’s exactly the point: practice, feedback, growth. 💛Do you remember the first time you gave a presentation in front of a group? Sweaty hands, shaky knees, a trembling voice? Yep – we’ve all been there.The Academy and these field trips are about more than just learning hospitality.
