I have some talented pals! Absolutely delighted with my @naveedkhan_actor_potter vase. She is beautiful, I especially love her little bum and the blue and brown hues. Like earth and sky. Absolutely magic! She will now sit pride of place at my desk in front of the amazing photography of @sopfhe so I can look at my talented friends’ creations every day.

A few years ago, I didn’t think this would be possible but I just ran 5k continuously and it felt GREAT! Long covid had a huge impact on my lungs and even a fast walk to catch a bus would leave me completely out of puff and utterly wiped out the next day.
Over the last 4/5 years I have periodically been doing personal training blocks with @nickihfitness @nickihobday steadily building my strength, cardio, nutrition, confidence, wellbeing and stamina.
Nicki is an incredibly kind, detailed, supportive coach who thinks about the whole of me and supports with every area of my fitness and well being with plans tailored to me. She is also bloody funny and should probably do stand up.
She currently has space to take on a couple of new clients. If you have some specific goals in mind, you’re ready to start fitting in some fitness you’re looking for a compassionate, supportive and knowledgeable coach, go drop her a dm.

Coaching clients like @andreahazelvoice reminds me what I love about personal training. During our consultation, she said she’d love to get back into running after a long time off it due to illness, work, and… well, life.

One of her goals for was to be able to run 5K without stopping.

Because her training has been going so well we put a run in the calendar to see how close she is to that goal.

TODAY SHE RAN 5K, not just without stopping, but also chatting, smiling and STRONG.

So yes, she got a medal. And I hope she wears it all day.

I am opening 2 spaces for my online coaching but please only apply if you’re prepared to bring this inspiring level of commitment to achieving your goals 🙏
