This transition into fall has felt so beautiful to me, but if I’m being real, there has also been so much underneath all of that beauty.

We’ve had family in and out of town since the beginning of September, and it has been so beautiful to have everyone together. Then on September 26th, we celebrated my dad’s first heavenly birthday. Beautiful, heartbreaking and bittersweet all at the same time.

This year has shown me just how much we can hold as humans. I’m incredibly grateful I’ve had this time at home to be more present with my family, especially my mom as she learns to navigate life without my dad. And at the same time, parts of this year have been really fucking hard.

There are kids, marriage, grief, family, bills, dreams I want to follow and that question of what the hell comes next. There is so much happening behind the scenes in all of our lives that nobody sees.

Lately I’ve felt so expansive and excited about what’s coming, but also kind of lost. Grateful and grieving. Really good and also completely NOT okay. One part of me wants to know exactly how everything is going to work out, and the other part is like FUCK YEAH, let’s go.

Maybe you’ve been feeling that too.

The floating sound baths this summer brought something back to life in me. They reminded me how much I love creating spaces where we don’t have to fix ourselves or figure everything out. We can just stop, breathe and come back to ourselves.

It’s also brought me back to my own practices and reminded me how much I love my one-on-one work.

My Pathway to Your Inner Light sessions are a space to put everything down for a little while. To clear some of the noise, recalibrate your energy and come back to your center.

I’ve opened up more virtual sessions this fall and lowered them from $210 to $175. It just feels right right now.

Maybe this is simply your reminder to slow down and ask yourself how you’re actually doing.

I went to create a reel today and I thought I was going to talk about discipline.

And then the song “Just Love” came on. I seriously can’t make this shit up.

This song has always hit me so deeply. There’s something about it that immediately brings me back to my connection with the Divine. Back to the Beloved. Back to that place where there really isn’t any separation at all.

Just love.

You and the Beloved become one.

And I just sat there thinking… okay. I guess I don’t need to talk about discipline today.

Maybe I just needed to remember.

Remember that my connection with the Divine is the most important thing.

That I don’t have to figure everything out.
I don’t have to push.
I don’t have to know exactly where I’m going or what’s next.

I just need to stay connected.

To love.
To God.
To the Divine.
To the Beloved.
To myself.

And everything else will follow.

Honestly, we have no idea who we’re inspiring every single day.

There are people watching you keep going. Watching you change. Watching you try something new. Watching you fall down and get back up. And they may never tell you that you inspired them.

I think sometimes we get so caught up in whether people are noticing what we’re doing that we forget that someone probably is.

So keep going.

Keep doing the things that light you up. Keep changing. Keep growing. Keep trying new things. Keep being YOU.

We are SO excited to share that both our August Floating Sound Bath and September 13th Floating Sound Bath are officially SOLD OUT!

Thank you so much to everyone who has grabbed a spot and continues to come float with us. These evenings have been so beautiful.

Our next available Floating Sound Bath is September 27th from 7:00–8:00 PM, and this one is going to be a little extra special because it will be our first candlelit float of the season.

As the sun goes down, we’ll float surrounded by candlelight while settling into meditation and the sounds of the bowls. And depending on our Colorado weather, it may be one of those evenings where we get to snuggle up a little more.

Please bring layers so you can stay warm and cozy, and feel free to bring a pillow and blanket if that will help you get even more comfortable on your raft.

We are so excited for our first candlelit floating sound bath. I have a feeling this one is going to be pretty magical.
