NEW EPISODE | Raw & Embodied with Andrea

How often do you stop yourself from doing something because you’re worried about how someone else is going to feel?

I used to do this all the time… and honestly, I still catch myself doing it.

Before making a decision, I’d think about how everyone else might react. Would they be hurt? Disappointed? Upset? Would they understand?

Somewhere along the way, I realized I had become so focused on managing everyone else’s emotions that I had stopped asking myself one very important question…

What do I need?

In this week’s episode, I am talking about what it looks like to stop carrying everyone else’s emotional experience and start coming back home to yourself.

You can love people deeply, have compassion for them, and still make choices that honor your own heart. Those two things can exist together.

We also talk about people pleasing, boundaries, why so many of us feel like we always have to be ā€œon,ā€ and I share a few simple grounding practices that help me reconnect when I feel like I’ve been giving my energy away.

If you’ve been feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost yourself while taking care of everyone else, I hope this episode reminds you that your needs matter too.

Thank you so much for listening and for being here each week. It truly means the world to me. ā¤ļø

šŸŽ§ Listen wherever you get your podcasts.

If this episode resonates with you, I’d love if you shared it with someone who needs to hear it.

Some people walk through things that could completely break them... and somehow, they choose to keep going.

This week on Raw & Embodied, I sit down with my beautiful friend, Adri, for a conversation that is honest, vulnerable, and incredibly inspiring. We talk about what it looks like to move through life’s hardest moments, trust yourself, and continue choosing the life that’s calling you, even when the path hasn’t been easy.

Adri’s own healing journey led her to become a Reiki Master, Kaiut Yoga teacher, and the founder of CURA Yoga Center. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, and our own inner wisdom.

This conversation is full of heart, hope, and the reminder that your past does not get to write the rest of your story. #inspirationalstory #turnweaknessintostrength #resiliencejourney #personaltransformation #healinginprogress by @rawandembodied

Happy Solstice friends!!!!!!

New podcast episode be out tonight.

This one is real.

Lately I’ve been noticing all the ways I’ve been resisting what my soul has been asking of me. Filling my time with busy work, avoiding certain things, distracting myself, questioning myself, and honestly just getting in my own way.

The beautiful thing is that awareness changes everything.

Once we can see the pattern, we have a choice.

In this episode, I share what has been coming up for me around resistance, self-sabotage, grief, letting go of old identities, and finally getting honest about what I’m being called to create.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, in the void, or like a part of you knows something needs to shift, this conversation is for you.

Listen wherever you get your podcasts. šŸ’› by @rawandembodied

I am super excited, episode nine will be out on Friday!

In this episode, I sit down with Human Design expert Jen Allen for a deep and fascinating conversation about Human Design and how it can help us better understand ourselves.

We talk about energy types, energy centers, gates, and the unique blueprint each of us carries. While I am a Manifestor, one of the biggest takeaways from this conversation is that no two charts are ever the same. Human Design isn’t about putting yourself in a box or becoming someone else. It’s about understanding how you’re uniquely wired and learning to trust yourself more deeply.

Jen shares how the deeper layers of your chart can offer insight into your patterns, relationships, gifts, challenges, and the way you move through the world. This conversation goes far beyond business, success, or making money. It’s about self-awareness, healing, acceptance, and coming home to who you truly are.

If you’ve ever been curious about Human Design or wondered why you experience life differently than the people around you, this episode is for you.

There was a part of me that didn’t want to record this episode.

Not because I didn’t have anything to say, but because I was in the middle of moving through some really deep grief, emotions, and life changes. And instead of pushing through it, pretending I was okay, or showing up as a version of myself that wasn’t real, I chose to honor where I was.

In this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve been navigating behind the scenes, the grief I’ve been carrying, and the importance of giving ourselves permission to slow down, feel what needs to be felt, and stop performing for everyone else.

We live in a world that constantly tells us to keep going, keep producing, keep showing up no matter what. But sometimes the most healing thing we can do is create space. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to listen to what our heart is actually asking for.

This is an honest conversation about grief, self-compassion, letting go of expectations, and learning to choose ourselves, even when it’s uncomfortable.

If you’ve been moving through a season of change, loss, uncertainty, or simply feeling like you need permission to slow down, this episode is for you.

If you’re looking for deeper support on your healing journey, I offer 1:1 Energy Healing Sessions, women’s retreats, workshops, and transformational experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release old patterns, and come back to your inner light.

I think a lot of women are grieving themselves right now.
Not just grieving relationships, people, or things that ended… but grieving past versions of themselves.

Honestly, this has been coming up so deeply for me lately. In my own healing, in my sessions, in conversations with women… it feels like so many of us are finally slowing down enough to actually feel the grief we have been carrying for years.

I’ve been doing a lot of inner child healing lately. A lot of healing around my younger self, my teenage self, the versions of me that felt unseen, unsupported, abandoned, heartbroken, too much, not enough… all of it.

And wow… there has been grief there.

Grief for the little girl that didn’t fully feel safe to express herself.
Grief for the teenager that learned to suppress emotions and carry everything internally.
Grief for the versions of me that disconnected from themselves and numbed out all the time.

I see this so much in my clients too. Women grieving the version of themselves before the heartbreak. Before the divorce. Before motherhood consumed them. Before trauma. Before people pleasing became their normal. Before they lost themselves trying to be strong for everyone else.

And I don’t think many women even realize this is what they’re feeling.
They just know they feel emotional lately. Heavy. Exhausted. Disconnected. Like something inside of them is aching.

But I think a lot of that ache is the grief of all the versions of ourselves we had to become… and all the versions of ourselves we lost along the way.

Healing has not felt like becoming someone new for me lately.
It has felt like sitting with these younger versions of myself with more compassion. Listening to them. Letting them finally be seen. Letting them finally stop carrying everything alone.

And honestly… I think that’s where so much healing begins. by @rawandembodied

@caytlyndee and I connect and have a conversation about women’s bodies, women’s healing, fascia and pelvic care. It is a conversation that isn’t happening enough when it comes to taking ownership to healing our bodies.

@caytlyndee is a very wise and knowledgeable medicine woman who is here to guide women back to themselves through Female Body Education, Integrative Womb + Pelvic Care and Trauma Integration.

I have personally had the privilege of working with her multiple times, and she has helped me so much on my journey.
