POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Four years ago, I made the life-changing decision to move to London after graduating from university in Romania with a degree in computer engineering. During my studies, I realized that this wasn’t the path I wanted to pursue.

Starting over wasn’t easy, but it was the best decision I ever made. I returned to university to study Sport Science, a field I’m passionate about, and it has shaped the life I lead today.

Now, I work as a personal trainer at a high-end gym in London, helping clients transform their lives by achieving their fitness goals. Alongside this, I’m proud to serve as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, collaborating with national and international track and field athletes to support their peak performance.

As a coach, I’m someone who pushes my clients to bring out the best in themselves, even if it means guiding them through tough and challenging moments.

Seeing the results of your hard work will always outweigh the struggle it takes to get there.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about the result, it’s about who you become through the process. The discipline you build, the patience you learn, and the lessons you take with you stay far beyond the end goal.

When you push through the hard days and prove to yourself that you can do it, that’s where real growth happens. Every challenge, every sacrifice, every moment of doubt builds a stronger version of you.

This journey has taught me that the real reward isn’t the final photo or the shape you end up in, but the person you become along the way.

Massive thank you to my coach @coachbaxter for the endless support and for always going the extra mile to make sure we got exactly where we wanted. Couldn’t have done it without you. And of course @bykiarajim behind the lenses. Never fails to amaze me with her shots!

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start, this is it. And if you need someone to guide you through the process, I’d love to help you take that next step. You’ll thank yourself later. taken in London, United Kingdom by @andreibugnariu

After a couple of weeks of keeping the carbohydrates and calories low the results are pretty crazy.

Super happy with the position I am in, body fat has dropped significantly and we’ve got one more week to play around with food and bring the best shape ever.

This wasn’t planned in advance like I normally do since life’s been so busy but things got boring at some point.

So what a better way to lock in and find excitement again in the process than setting a goal and trying my hardest to achieve it.

Whatever the outcome will be I am extremely happy with what I’ve been able to put myself through. That’s what matters in my opinion, consistently getting better and improving.

All its left is to have fun and cherish the moment.

*body fat reported by the inbody machine, truly it’s not that low but since I got the reading I’ll claim it šŸ˜… taken in London, United Kingdom by @andreibugnariu

1 year of commitment to your craft might not seem like a long time if you put it into perspective but things slightly change if you take day by day.

Staying consistent is really hard when you are not able to see the work you put in come into fruition right away.

That’s one of the reasons we can be reluctant to change and to the idea of doing something for our future self. We naturally tend to want the results right away.

But this doesn’t apply when trying to improve your physique, loose weight, build muscle, you name it. All these are radical changes because it requires you to take yourself out of your comfort zone and work towards something that is not tangible right away.

It is hard looking in the mirror and not seeing massive changes overnight but once you’re giving yourself time to do it and don’t loose track of the process the results can be extremely fulfilling.

I spent the last year trying to grow, stayed consistent thought the year, of course with some hiccups along the way but i was always consistent with my workouts and my nutrition because I knew what i was aiming for.

1 year later, my bodyweight is very similar to what i was last year but my body has changed a lot. I’ve became so much stronger, I’ve learned a lot and i’m really proud for what I was able to achieve.

Bottom line is to give yourself time, stay on track and always remember that it is a journey that takes time and there’s only benefits to keep it going. Time doesn’t wait for anyone so don’t waste it, better yourself taken in London, United Kingdom by @andreibugnariu

This is how my current push session looks like. I’m focusing on muscle growth whilst getting as strong as I can in these movements.

Session done in under one hour. If you think you have to spend hours in the gym to be productive I’ll probably tell you that you’re either doing too much or not training hard enough.

All I’m doing here is 2 sets per exercise with each set taken close or to failure. That’s it!

When you’re assessing the amount of work you do ask yourself how many of those sets were actually challenging you.

Those are the sets that matter.

There will be times when following a nutrition plan, showing up to training, doing your cardio and taking care of your health will feel like a struggle and your body will always look for the easiest way out.

But those are the times when you have to remember why you started and why don’t want to end up in the same cycle that left you unhappy and unfulfilled from the beginning.

Go through the hard times with your head up knowing that all your efforts will be rewarded.

Trust the process, trust your coach and put the work in! You are doing it for yourself! taken in London, United Kingdom by @andreibugnariu

Thought it would be fun to see what’s the heaviest pull up I can do for one rep at the moment.

My goals are not to chase a specific max weight but to progressively get stronger in all aspects of my training so it was amazing to see how far a well designed program got me. Also, being 5kg lighter comparing to when I started working on them helps a lot.

I won’t do that again anytime soon, felt like my body was gonna break in halfšŸ˜‚

Real talk, does that 65kg count? 🤨 taken in London, United Kingdom by @andreibugnariu

Reflecting back at my own training and having coached numerous people throughout the years these are the pieces of advice I would give and wish I would’ve got when I decided to start my fitness journey. We often find ourselves lacking in on aspect or another, which one is yours and when would you start acting on it? taken in London by @andreibugnariu

10 sets close to failure. That’s all this pull session takes.

Intensity over volume. The harder you push a set, the less of them you need to grow.

For a complete back session you need both vertical pulling and horizontal rowing. Pulldown variations hit the lats. Rows with the elbows flared hit the upper back.

Rear delts and biceps sprinkled in for the finishing touches. Bigger arms never upset anyone.

Simple session. No wasted sets. Just intensity where it counts.

Save this for your next pull day.

Pulldown 1 - Diverging pulldown - 2 sets x 6-10 reps
Pulldown 2 - Neutral Lat pulldown - 2 sets x 6-10 reps
Row - Seated Upper Back Row - 2 sets x 8-12 reps
Rear delt fly - 2 sets x 8-12 reps
Curls - Preacher Curl Machine - 2 sets x 6-10 reps taken in Muscleworks Southwark by @andreibugnariu
