Nothing beats hands on work.

I love working online, I am really good at it too.

But there is something about getting in there and getting your hands dirty (not calling you guys dirty 😂 just a metaphor) and working with people in-person. Be it training or teaching. It’s just unparalleled.

I love doing this shit! Imma be doing more of it. 2026 we get out there and teach in-person 🙏🏽

The more valuable I am to others, the more successful I become. I don't chase monetary success -- I chase constant evolution of my skillset, my ability to communicate, and the success I can help create in others. Fortunately for me, the two are linearly correlated.

A big thank you to @ben851 for the opportunity to share something I'm so passionate about with others.

IT TAKES A VILLAGE,

And what a village this was 🙌🏽. To be surrounded by such sharp minds both in the coaches and in the attendees! It was such a pleasure

Quick shoutout to:

@brandonkempter because he isn’t dogmatic in his approach, he is about using the right tool at the right time.

@aaron_straker success is in the results we get and we are in the business of positive mental manipulation

@vigoroussteve for being open; don’t do drugs unless you get paid for it and calling TR*en divorce in a bottle.

@j_dashi is about No Quit Mentality and before tough calls with clients, he makes sure to bump their carbs up a bit.

@coach_ux for being one way ticket, low risk averse kind of guy and his formula for opportunity

And the man @ben851 for putting all of this together and bringing all this greatness under one roof and the fact that he doesn’t like fibre and they make him lethargic at times 😁

Special shoutout to @michelletanfitness for being the strong presence behind the scenes and making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible and for making the most banger cookies ever! (@jimenaoooo should get some attention for helping with the cookies too)

Lastly thanks to everyone who attended 🙏🏽 the time I got to spend with each and everyone one of you is a time I will cherish and will be grateful for. You guys made the camp and it was all about you and hope you all had a blast.

I don’t think I’ll ever stop investing in experiences like this.

I haven’t been in this industry that long, but early on someone pushed me to keep saying yes to being around people who were ahead of me. Rooms where you feel a bit out of place.

I actually did that before I was even working as a PT. I took an internship at @melbournestrengthculture, met @strengthofsaad there, and that one decision quietly set off a chain of other yeses.

Small fish, big pond. Uncomfortable but in a good way.

There’s something honest about being around people who operate at a higher level.

You just adjust. You move in the direction of the room.

And beyond the growth side of it, it’s just fucking fun.

The kind of fun you don’t plan. Training hard with people you didn’t know a week ago. Watching how they move, how they carry themselves, the small details in how they train, talk, think. That stuff sticks with you more than any seminar ever could.

Doing all of this while seeing parts of the world I wouldn’t have otherwise, eating different food (usually too much), living inside different cultures for a bit, it feels exactly like what I’d be doing even if I wasn’t working. The fact that I get to bring my work with me still feels surreal.

Two years ago, I wouldn’t have believed this was my life.

I’m genuinely grateful I get to invest in myself this way and still take my craft seriously at the same time.

To everyone who took part in this most recent camp, thank you. A short week with you reinforced why environments like this matter and challenged me in ways I didn’t expect.

I spent half of it slightly shitting myself, which probably means it was exactly where I needed to be. Next one will be better for it.

Big thanks to @ben851 and @michelletanfitness for pulling it all together.

CONSISTENCY

Consistently above average will always be better than sporadic perfection.

Never 100% on diet, trips, meals out, couple missed sessions.

But the averages are there. The boxes were ticked 90% of time. So the progress is consistent. No regressions.

Add a quick 8 week shred on top of the consistency and the results are wild.

@andreibugnariu consistency king 👑

Perfection is never an attainable target. But the small wins stack to something big.
