Ironman Lake Placid 🎉🏔️

Goal was to have fun and not die, so mission complete. Pretty happy with a 2 hour PR too 🫡 Had moments in the pain cave (second bike loop 🫪) but can honestly say I had an amazing day.

Huge shoutout to the best sherpas a guy can ask for @amaravalerio @lisa.b.aman @peteramanatl

Giant “thank you!” to @devonandrobert_tri for preparing me for this huge challenge, allowing me to actually enjoy one of the hardest IM courses in North America. Excited to see where I can go from here by @andrewaman
