Creativity is the language of the universe, an ever unfolding symphony of possibility.. and we are so lucky to have the ability to create our lives, inside and out we make decisions each moment that determine how our lives unfold, the people we meet and the places we go, the person we are is not written, we are writing it in every moment. There is no end and no beginning, just an ever evolving and unfolding moment. Here, now as you read these words, everything is in flux, everything is changing. We hold tightly to how we think the world is and should be.. and in doing so we miss the magic, we give away our agency to create a new reality, one that is even brighter, even bolder and beautiful than the last ❤️ take the reigns, choose your next move, make it count.. it is what you are made of xxxx by @andyjackbaker

Blessed by an untamed feminine fairy with no fucks given and a lot of love to give 💜🧚‍♀️ @sigrid.vik

Rosie, Baby .. a song that’s meaning is ever evolving for me. Today it is about empowerment to feel all expressions of emotion. Specifically targeted at unchaining internalised female repression. Taught to be a good, nice girl, seen and not heard. To be in your box and not ruffle feathers .. well I guess the girls are waking up and realising how divine it is to ruffle feathers, to alchemise through untamed expression ❤️‍🔥 the wild feminine urge to express freely and smile even if the world doesn’t smile back 😍

Thank you to my amazing band for our first gig together ! 2 rehearsals and we smashed it out the park @andyjackbaker @ronnie.cmore and Ruby 🧡

When rehearsal for a gig at The Brunswick turns into a spontaneous Mission Impossible jam: acoustic guitar, mini keyboard, random drum… and @andyjackbaker dropping ‘f*ck’ like it’s part of the lyrics. Mission (impossible) of the day: count all the ‘f*cks’.
