One Of A Kind ❤️

Singing this song and having people dance so feeling, express so openly, was one of those moments I will cherish for a long while.
It makes it all worth it. I love the saying we’re all just walking each other home. I really feel that. And expensing oneself if a permission slip to everyone who witnesses that self expression. It is so powerful and so beautiful.

You can find OOAK on all streaming platforms if you wanna listen to the whole thing xx

It’s been quite a month.
Hello fire horse energy! 🔥

I completed delivering a @thewomen_hood allyship programme for a global shipping company, who currently have a fully male leadership team. We explored gender gaps and microscenarios where we need to Notice - Act - Affirm - Advocate for women and minoritied groups. Working with these internal changemakers and progressive CEOs brings so me so much joy.

I’ve mentored 12 social entrepreneurs for @hatchenterprise supporting on challenges from working WITH an adhd brain; a fear of getting visible, how to find profitable revenue streams and so much more. What underpins it all is the desire to make change and overcome your own internal narratives. What an honour.

I got my adhd diagnosis. After 4 years of failing to do the forms. More on that another day, but WOOOO! So happy and validated.

I’ve been invited to amazing events including a black tie annual do for women in shopping where I met some female CAPTAINS no less, and real male allies. And @sam_thomas_dh. And spent time working on the business thanks to Joel.

Oh and I was on @bloombergtv with @johnareynolds for @adhdbeyondthelabel interview. (30 mins was not long enough I have a lot more to say on these matters 😅).

I squeeze in a community sauna and some runs and deep nourishing conversation with new connections.

Most importantly, I became the proud mama to a 13 year old daughter. A girl who teaches me every day about resilience, patience, justice and drives me change how we all think and talk about our neurotypes.

I’m going to be honest - I’m quite tired now! So I’m going to go hang with my pal in a hot tub in nature and forget everything for a while.

See you in March for more 😜🚀❤️
