Who knew a paint roller could help your padel? 🤭

Different spins can give you more options on court, but developing them starts with understanding the movement behind the shot. Using a paint roller is a simple way to practice that motion and build better feel before bringing it into your game.

Give your training a creative twist and work on those spins before you take them to the court. 🎾✨ by @aneugarten

Things I wish I knew when I started playing padel. 🎾

Every player has those little lessons they only learn with time. From understanding the game better to trusting the process and giving yourself room to improve, the early stages of padel can teach you a lot.

These are a few lessons that could save a new player some time, frustration, and unnecessary mistakes. ✨ by @aneugarten

How does it feel to be part of the USA Dream Team? 🇺🇸🥈

I’m still trying to put this week into words.

We arrived at the FIP Senior World Championships in Buenos Aires as the #7 seed, with one simple goal: do better than we did in 2024.

We left as SILVER MEDALISTS. The #2 team in the world. 🇺🇸

What this team accomplished is remarkable.

We competed against countries where padel has been played for 30 and 40 years. Countries with generations of experience, deep player pools and incredible padel history. And this relatively new USA team fought its way all the way to a World Championship final.

If you had told me a few years ago that I would be wearing USA across my chest, representing the United States of America on a world stage, playing a sport I have completely fallen in love with, I’m not sure I would have believed you.

But we did it.

Every match. Every point. Every cheer from the bench. Every hug. Every nerve-wracking moment. We believed in each other and played for something bigger than ourselves.

And we made history together.

I am incredibly proud of this team and incredibly grateful to have shared the court, the bench and this experience with this extraordinary group of women.

We came as the #7 seed.

We leave Buenos Aires as World Championship silver medalists and the #2 women’s senior padel team in the world. 🇺🇸🥈

What a privilege. What a team. What a week.

USA DREAM TEAM 2026. ❤️🤍💙

And something tells me we’re only getting started.

In Buenos Aires, teatime is a 'thing' at 5 or 6 pm... or whenever....decadent, delicious, rich hot chocolate, tea, cake, sandwiches, cookies, pastries.... did I say delicious... and champagne of course. This is how Team USA finishes an epic day! by @aneugarten
