If there’s anyone who’s beyond deeply involved with U.S. padel — and especially U.S. women’s padel — it’s got to be @aneugarten... She’s the founder of a Miami-based, U.S. women’s padel league known as @6lovesports... She just won a silver medal at the @padelfip Senior World Cup in Buenos Aires, which was the best-ever finish for a team representing @usapadel... And she’s getting ready to launch a multi-national women’s padel competition known as the @athenapadelcup this month at @padelx.us... So, what led her to become so obsessed with padel? That’s exactly what @scottmatulis set out to discover in his latest feature for @padel_nation_us, which you can read right here: https://tinyurl.com/AndiNM or via 🔗 in profile. If you find it insightful, please consider re-posting it ♻️ to help spread the word — and then please also be sure to follow Padel Nation (US) for free 2X per week updates and articles on the U.S. padel market just like this one. Finally, as always, a huge thank you to the friends and preferred partners who help make content U.S. padel content like this possible, including @amet.international, @gldnpnt, @Playbypoint, @kansosports.us, @padelrelations, and @worldpadelnetwork 🙏 🎾 🙏

Who knew a paint roller could help your padel? 🤭 Different spins can give you more options on court, but developing them starts with understanding the movement behind the shot. Using a paint roller is a simple way to practice that motion and build better feel before bringing it into your game. Give your training a creative twist and work on those spins before you take them to the court. 🎾✨

Things I wish I knew when I started playing padel. 🎾 Every player has those little lessons they only learn with time. From understanding the game better to trusting the process and giving yourself room to improve, the early stages of padel can teach you a lot. These are a few lessons that could save a new player some time, frustration, and unnecessary mistakes. ✨
