Soooooo… we really did that. 🫧

To everyone who danced, yapped, laughed, played, connected, brought a friend, made a friend, pulled up alone or said they were staying for one last song but somehow stayed for five more…

THANK YOU!

To the @kikitosaurio & @angelabaskets: thank you for the soundtrack. The vibes were immaculate💅🏽

To @ninedesignandhomes for hosting us, @tattoosbygiovanni for the sick ink, @stevieparakeet for the 🔥 drinks, our donor ticket purchasers & all of our friends who just jumped in & kept things going while we were busy: thank you for helping us turn an idea into a real place for our people to gather.

And to everyone who came through:

YOU are Day/Care.

Until we’re twirling again. 🫧

It was quite the summer and it's crazy that it's been almost 3 months since we last saw all of your beautiful faces. We wanted to thank every single sponsor, donor, vendor, speaker, performer and attendee for your support in Village Pride 2026. We are proud to announce that with your support, we have donated $3,300 to the @ruthelliscenter after this year's event. This, in addition to the previous years $3,300 brings our donation total to $6,600 over the last two years of collaborating with the Ruth Ellis Center. We wouldn't be able to do this without each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you all again next year! Until then, don't forget that it takes a Village! taken in West Village by @angelabaskets

On the cosmic night of 10/10, we’re hosting a Zodiac Ball 🌌

Tens represent completion, the end of a cycle, and renewal. So leave the bullshit at the door, come dance and come dressed as your sign. Go all out with a full look or simply wear the colors that correspond with your sun sign. There will be a costume contest, and $100 goes to the best dressed!

* DATE CHANGE — SAME GREAT LINEUP *

We had to move the date, but we weren’t about to mess with a lineup this good.

September’s first TV Lounge House banger is now locked in with
Chicago’s groove master Jamie 3:26 back in the building, bringing the soulful, unpredictable, dancefloor magic that makes him a perennial crowd favorite.

Detroit’s own Dej.y is ready to take you on a deep, hypnotic journey of hard drums, heavy bass and cosmic grooves, with Eddie Logix and Angela Baskets bringing the hometown heat from two very different—and equally irresistible—directions.

Four selectors. One dance floor. Zero interest in letting summer end.

Jamie 3:26 • Dej.y • Eddie Logix • Angela Baskets

TV Lounge
New Date. Same lineup. Same energy.

Get your crew together. Get your tickets. We’re keeping summer alive one more time. Meet us on the dance floor. TV • Tickets www.tvloungedetroit.com taken in TV Lounge by @angelabaskets
