I can’t believe this was a week ago. I’m still on a high. Waiting for the judges feedback while I take this week to rest and recover but it’s back to business in the next couple days.
.
Thank you @mrstretcharmstrong for being my coach now for my first two shows. I can’t wait for 2023, we will be bringing some 🔥🔥🔥. To the rest of the team you guys are the best and I couldn’t be more proud and honored to be surrounded by such amazing people.
.
I cannot wait to get back to work! 2023’s physique is gonna blow 2022’s out of the water I just know it. (At @obsessed_with_pnutbutr you ready for another year of this? 😘) #npc #npcfigure #npcfigurecompetitor #bigcatclassic #bigcatclassic2022 #ironsharpensironproductions #obesetobeast #weightlossjourney #weightlosstransformation #fitover40 #chickswholift #chickswithmuscle #musclesarebeautiful by @angelariley_78

Got my stage photos back from @broadfit_creative and I love this shot. I’m in the middle of getting into my front pose, but I love the definition in my legs, and how my arms and shoulders look. I can really see the work I put in this last year and the changes I made. BUT…I’m even more excited to see what changes will be made next year.

Last time I updated my headshots, I still had purple hair. 💜😂 Figured it was time for a refresh!

Now help me choose… 1 or 2? 📸🖤👇

Kentucky, y’all are a whole different level of unhinged. 🤣🐛🏁

Came for the woolly worm races… stayed for the parade, the people, and the absolute Kentucky chaos. 😂🤠

10/10 would race worms again. 💀

If there’s a $1 energy drink, I will find it. 😂💸

But THIS flavor? 🔥 🍑+🍯
Shoutout to @bumenergy + @ellalangleymusic for this one. 🎶⚡️

I’m officially obsessed. 🍑

Also I ❤️ my @vitaminshoppe_millville Barb and her crew are the best!

Three years ago, I accidentally started my favorite birthday tradition. 🎃🖤

Every Fall, I make my way to this insanely unique haunted tattoo shop, wander around looking at creepy dolls, serial-killer artwork, paranormal history and all the wonderfully weird things inside… and somehow leave with another tiny piece of my horror-loving heart permanently attached to me. 😂

This year’s addition? BABY JASON VOORHEES. 🔪😭🖤

And I am OBSESSED.

Huge thank you to @satans_riot owner of @conventtattoo for once again creating something I absolutely love and for owning one of the coolest, creepiest places I’ve ever been to.

Born October 23.
Halloween obsessed.
Birthday tradition officially undefeated. 🎃👻🔪

a visual representation of my weekend: 🌪️📸

Two Jersey Shore weddings.
A nor’easter.
Flooded roads.
Plans changing by the minute.
Me + Jason Messer playing with slow shutter on Friday.
Me showing up anyway with what felt like 47 bags of camera gear.
And Sunday morning? Hives. Because apparently my immune system wanted a seat at the table. 😂

Anyway… we got the shots. That’s the job.

47, almost 48, hair longer than it’s been since I was 19, and officially in my Halloween shirt era. 🎃🖤 Born October 23, fall is MY season. 🍂👻
Not one drop of makeup on my face and I still don’t hate what I see. 😂🖤
Shoutout to Kathy for always keeping my hair healthy and fresh! ✨ ***sidenote thank you @hair_by_manu1 for the best head massage/wash. ❤️
