What an honour it was to hear Barbara O’Neill speak at the opening event for the Medical Negligence Australia Foundation. @medicalnegligenceaustralia @realbarbaraoneill
It was an evening filled with passionate conversations about patient advocacy, informed consent, transparency, and the importance of asking questions. One thing that stood out to me was the reminder that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered when making decisions about their own health.
I believe that learning, researching, and having open conversations are incredibly important. Whether we agree on everything or not, creating space for respectful discussion helps us all grow and make more informed choices.
I’m passionate about exploring health, wellbeing, nutrition, and the science behind the choices we make for ourselves and our families. I encourage everyone to stay curious, read widely, ask questions, and make decisions that align with their own values and circumstances.
