Invisalign first, to close the spacing and improve the bite 2. ABC. Align. Brighten. Contour. The alignment was already done. We handled the rest. This patient came to us after completing Invisalign elsewhere. His teeth were straight, but he wasn’t completely happy with their proportions. We took care of the rest: Take-home whitening followed by six composite veneers. This allowed us to address the shape and proportions of his teeth while keeping the changes conservative and natural. Sometimes the goal isn’t a new smile. Whitening + 6 porcelain veneers. This patient came in with four older composite veneers that had seen better days. They sat too far forward, threw off the balance of her smile, and just didn’t fit her face anymore. Here’s how we approached it: 1. Whitening to establish a bright, natural base shade (you always want to whiten before placing veneers so everything matches). 2. We removed the dated composites and replaced them with six conservative porcelain veneers that are designed to sit properly, complement her lip line, and suit her smile. Same day Fix. Unfortunately our patient broke her tooth while eating. In a situation on like this no one likes to roam around with half a tooth missing. We free hand built up her tooth in an hour to make sure she could go back to living her life. Next is to fix the old composite on the neighbouring tooth. The after photo is immediately after treatment- in 72 hours this will look even better as the tooth rehydrates.
