I promised myself in May when I left social I would come back when I was ready to share positivity and opportunity again. SEPTEMBER FORM UP:

I am the new ED @ascenderpgh. (WTF does that mean? DM me!)
I took my 400th @steelhousecycle with THE @alexx_cobb
I celebrated 15 years with @ninabarbuto @assemblepgh

It's been a real haha lol 36 hours. But the laundry is running, the dishwasher is humming, and the last dirty butt in the house is having its bath. Candles are lit for the coming of All Saints. Spaghetti and salad and we all go to bed. We can do it. xoxo by @animaltinez

Yes it's true. I'm the rider of the month @steelhousecycle . Yes, it's true I love cartoons and sometimes cry when the studio is dark. Yes, this place has helped me heal from the trauma of assuming women I think are prettier than me are automatically somehow better and that I shouldn't talk to normies because they will hurt me. Yes, this was the first public place I went after rising from the coma of losing the job I had made my entire life. Yes, thinking about a gym as a community that actually loves you and you love them would make 15 year old me squirm and sigh is true but here we are. Bring it on 2025, you can't hurt me because we have love. taken in Steel House Cycle by @animaltinez

I suppose this is what healing has been looking like lately. It's not that deep, but local T-shirt dealers rule. @breadwaterprintshop 4ever! by @animaltinez
