Mi tipo de mañana de lujo:
Despertarme con el sonido de los pájaros , desayunar sano y rico, coger la bici para ir a pilates atravesando una reserva natural, observar los pájaros volar al pasar a su lado , escuchar el viento y los arboles moverse, pasar por el gym y acabar en el mar ( esta vez solo los pies porque estaba nublado y hacía frío) ah y después parar en el parque para recitar una oración .
A veces tenemos todo lo que necesitamos y más .
Solo hay que saber mirar y ver qué lujos trae cada situación.
Puede ser solamente la sonrisa de un ser querido o simplemente haber abierto los ojos un día más .

@sacapellaibiza es uno de los restaurantes más icónicos y románticos de Ibiza, famoso por estar ubicado en el interior de una antigua capilla del siglo XVI que nunca llegó a consagrarse.

Esa estatua que ven está hecha de un olivo y representa la unión entre la materia y la vida representada por un hombre y una mujer que alzan juntos las manos hacia el cielo .

There is something about people coming together.
Singing , dancing
or simply just being together sharing stories .
Something so ancient
that remembers us of times where
this was all there was .
Nowdays we gather for few days and when we leave we go with our heart full
Because we allowed ourselves to be who we truly are
Behind masks that society taught us to wear
We go with a feeling of having returned home
And we leave with a feeling of home sick

I wonder if this small portion of what we live there shouldn't be the normal?

There we can be vulnerable, there everything is so much intense because we live with an open heart without the fear of being hurt or maybe a little bit more brave because we feel we are in a safe container and if we do end up hurt we know we are being hold.

We dare to love,
We dare to let go of what we thought we were
We dare to explore who we truly are
What our hearts really desire
What we came here for

And the answers comes as a whisper

Just be still
Open you heart
Come back to yourself
There is nothing to achieve
Nothing to become
Nothing to prove

Entrega fin de formación docencia en danza oriental y danza sagrada corazón + fin de curso danza oriental '26.

@raices_espacioholistico por plantar esa semilla y abrir el espacio para que esto pudiera suceder.

Una gota de agua que tras fluir y danzar con la vida recuerda que no es solo una gota sino el océano entero .
