Our second panel, Gut Feelings, is a wrap, and we’re still buzzing ✨ So many of you joined us for an honest conversation about the gut-brain connection: why your stomach reacts before your mind does, how stress, emotion, and culture shape the way we digest, and where nutrition, therapy, and lifestyle meet. Thank you for bringing your curiosity, your questions, and your appetites.

To our incredible panelists, thank you for your wisdom and openness:
☁️ Dr. Sharagim Kemp, functional medicine clinician at Parsley Health
☁️ Nandini Malhotra, LMHC, therapist at Our Kind Therapy
☁️ Dr. Sarah Khan, functional nutritionist
☁️ Ankita Sankla, Ayurvedic chef, nutritionist, founder of Khalo & our wonderful moderator

And a huge thank you to our partners:
✨ @parsleyhealth , for once again opening up their beautiful downtown space
🍽️ @khalokitchen , for the nourishing Ayurvedic bites that fueled the night
🍸 @soberincentralpark , for the delicious non-alcoholic drinks
🦠 @itsgoodbacteria , for the gut-loving gifts and food collab

Our first panel, Doing Less to Heal, is a wrap, and our hearts are so full ✨ Over 100 of you joined us for an honest conversation about how stress, perfectionism, and the nervous system shape our health, and what it looks like to support your body without making healing another thing to perfect. Thank you for showing up and making it so special.

Some weddings are remembered for the décor.
Some for the destination.

The unforgettable ones are remembered for the people.

From the US to Jaipur, Ankita & Jesal brought together their favourite humans for a Haldi that was loud with laughter, overflowing with love, and filled with the kind of energy you can only create when everyone shows up with their whole heart.

One frame.
A hundred emotions.
A lifetime of memories. 💛

Share this with your destination wedding squad.

Ever tried a warm slaw?? I’m obsessed. It’s my easiest way to get a ton of veggies in and actually lovee it.

Think of it as fiber in disguise → better digestion, gut health, and keeps you full way longer.

3–4 cups chopped veggies
Cook hearty ones first (2–3 min) (carrots; broccoli, cabbage, zucchini)
Add leafy/soft veggies (2–3 more min) (kale, bok choy, Swiss chard, spinach, leeks, beef leaves)
Finish with 2–3 tbsp @khalokitchen prebiotic sauces (Ayurvedic spices that support digestion + make everything taste insane)

I’ll eat this with eggs, throw it in wraps, sandwiches, or just as a side with protein. by @ankitasankla
