My heartfelt thanks to @dodhomagazine for publishing my project The World of the Subconscious. This project is deeply personal to me. It was born out of childhood experiences, the question “Who am I?” and a desire to explore the invisible world of our emotions, memories, and inner states. I am delighted that my story has found a place in your publication and an opportunity to be heard and seen. Thank you for your interest in my work, your trust, and the opportunity to share this world with your audience. by @ann_zhulan

Today is the final day of the “Circle of Color” exhibition. The last day to see these works at VDNG — among other stories, perspectives, and different ways of speaking through color. For the exhibition, I presented two works from my series “Silent Witnesses.” The project is about cultural heritage caught in the reality of war. About architecture that today is not simply photographed, but protected from destruction. About buildings that preserve the memory of our identity and become witnesses to our time. I am grateful to the exhibition curator, @oksana.borovets, for inviting me to be part of the “Circle of Color,” and to all the participating artists for creating this shared space, where every work speaks in its own way. If you haven’t had a chance to see the exhibition yet — today is your last opportunity. You are warmly invited.
Не пропустіть! by @ann_zhulan
My series of works “404 Not Found” will be presented at the exhibition “STATE AFTER”. Curators: @elena.renatovna and @kyivphotoshall2012 The “404 Not Found” series uses the metaphor of the universal digital error code as a tool for visual analysis of the human psychological state in conditions of war. The project captures a moment of internal system failure — a state in which an individual loses the ability to respond to traumatic external reality through familiar psychological mechanisms. In this context, code 404 signifies the impossibility of accessing fundamental existential resources — safety and inner balance. The system of the “Self” is pushed outside its standard mode of functioning, as the requested supports are either destroyed or temporarily unavailable. The series explores this suspended state between the experience of loss and the necessity of continued existence, transforming a technical error into a marker of collective psychological trauma. ____________________________________________________ “State After” is an exhibition about life that continues without the promise of recovery and without catharsis. It is about an existence that does not return to wholeness, yet does not disappear. It speaks of the moment when functioning replaces feeling, and presence becomes the only form of resilience. __________________________________________________ The exhibition of the multidisciplinary art project runs from February 4 to 17, 2026 at the Art Space of the “PECHERSK PALACE” Cultural Center 3 Kniaziv Ostrozkykh Street, Kyiv, Ukraine by @ann_zhulan
