I’m Anna 🌿

My commitment to clinical and energetic modalities is rooted in a profound personal reclamation of my own body. Having navigated a complex medical journey—from leukemia to significant orthopedic reconstructions—I have gained an intuitive and refined osteopathic understanding of the body’s capacity for resilience, mobility, and adaptability when brought back into alignment.

•

While raising my children and continuing my studies, I have found that true wellness is a conscious return to the body’s natural state of health.

•

Structural Alignment 🦴
Through Craniosacral Therapy and Dynamic Body Balancing, I work with the fascia of the body. By releasing restrictions within the fascia, I facilitate an unwinding of the soft tissues—transitioning the nervous system from sympathetic tension into parasympathetic restoration. It is a process of listening to the history held within the tissues and returning the physical self to a state of security for the body to self-correct and heal. **Business is currently paused, (but I’m willing to make exception’s) as I finish school for Homeopathy**

•

Systemic Restoration ⚪️
I am currently in my third year at the Academy of Homeopathy Education @ahe.online. This research-driven clinical training allows me to address the vital force through the lens of classical homeopathy, bringing the same presence and attunement to my practice that I bring to every part of my life.

•

Ancestral Connection 🕊️
My practice is grounded in the lineage we carry. By finding alignment in our own bodies, we embody the wisdom of our well ancestors and cultivate a gentle, graceful way forward.
