come home retreat 2025 ~ a 4-day journey to remember.

this community is a living, breathing work of art. each of these women showed up with open hearts and wild spirits, exploring the full range of what it means to be alive, together.

grateful to create and hold spaces like this, where we remember our wholeness and embrace our innate capacity to feel it all.

round 2 is already in the works for next year. until then, stay connected for more ways we can come together and come home. ♾️✨

reflections from this eclipse season…🌚🌀

this portal has been reminding me that true love, peace, and fulfillment are nowhere beyond this moment.

i’ve been humbled to my core as i take inventory of all the ways my capacity for presence has been clouded by fear, attachment, overindulgence, and illusions of separation.

as i sit in the discomfort of my shadow, i can feel these parts gripping tighter… clinging to the false security of what is familiar. for years, i’ve fought relentlessly to let these patterns go. trying to heal them, fix them, ~transcend~ them once and for all.

but what this potent eclipse energy is revealing to me is that i’m not being called to fight. i’m being called to surrender.

to breathe deeper. to soften the parts of me working overtime to fix, control, and become better. to allow myself to be in the chrysalis. to lovingly witness the version of myself that is gradually dissolving ~ decomposing into something sticky, messy, formless, unknown ~ while staying present with the woman emerging through the process.

so i’m placing these parts gently at the altar of this life and meeting myself with tenderness in the midst of becoming. here in this moment. this breath. this body. this beautiful heart of mine. by @anna___dickson

movement is how i process and understand how life is flowing through me. it’s where i go when there’s too much alive in me to think my way through.

where the energy i’ve been carrying metabolizes into a raw, primal form of expression ~ loosening the stories my mind has constructed around what i believe to be true… alchemizing pain into pleasure, fear into possibility, and uncertainty into a deeper knowing held in reverence by the innate intelligence of my body.
