finished the album. now we FEAST 😏🍽️

I’ve been making music professionally for more than a decade and I’ve never in my life been surrounded by more love while making an album…

FEAST is officially otw. And gosh, it’s insatiably special.

FEAST is more than just a record to me. It’s become a lifestyle (!!)

I can’t wait to bring this record to life VISUALLY and LIVE. And for real, I’m spending all my money on this one 😂 but the JOY you see in this video? No amount of money could ever buy that…

That’s the FEAST 🍽️

P.S. This is the last song on the album. It’s called “STARVING.” And yeah, @dashybb gets his first songwriting credit — on a song about our incredibly feasty Venice Beach life, no less. And ofcourse we had to mention the iconic @daphnezahara @anna___dickson @tylerdeanlarson @iamjosephluca @seemahari @siddr … oh AND @kassiclub @zinque @open & ofcourse @honeymoon — it’s a song about VENICE guys. IYKYK.

P.P.S. This whole album has been such a labor of love from me and @arya222infinity — Just us 💅🏽 Believing in each other and creating something magical af that I cannot WAIT for you guys to taste.

FEAST is coming. Put your plates up. 🍽️

I have been on this path for over 25 years. And the most transformative shift was not a new pose or a deeper backbend — it was learning to feel the emotions and the infinite possibilities held within the tissues of my body.

This week’s training with Dr.John Amaral @drjohnamaral was a beautiful reminder of the power this work holds.

Have you ever experienced the power of somatic energy?

July 6-12 ✨ We didn’t just get back to life as the Nenes. We got back with a whole lot more gratitude for it. ♥️🪩💃🏻🕺🏻
