Book on MINDBODY. by @anna__vidya

A little rewind to Wilderness Awakening. 🤍

Four days of yoga, breathwork, somatic therapeutic practices, cacao, nature, laughter, and connection, and so many little moments that stayed with us long after we left @akera.experience

Feeling grateful for the memories we created together and already looking forward to the next one.

If you’ve been wanting to experience it for yourself, I’d love to have you join us!
Spring 2027!

One of the things I love about yoga is that it gives us a chance to really pay attention.

Not just to the movement, but to the breath, the sensations, the moments when we want to push, and the moments when we need to soften.

For me, a mindful practice isn’t about getting every pose right. It’s about noticing what is happening while you’re there.

That awareness is where the real practice begins. 🤍

As a certified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator with extensive training in trauma-informed practices, I offer a deeply intentional, safe, and transformative experience.

*Not all breathwork workshops are created equal*

Proper training, certification, and an understanding of the nervous system are essential when guiding others through this powerful work.
I encourage everyone to be mindful of whom they choose to practice with as the experience and qualifications of your facilitator truly matter. MY workshops go beyond simply breathing they are thoughtfully designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and meaningful transformation.

Each one brings together different practices and creates space to step away from your usual routine, connect with yourself, and share the experience with others.

If you’ve been curious about joining one of my workshops, consider this your invitation. 🤍

Every workshop has its own rhythm and intention.

You never know what a little time outside your usual routine might open up.

A retreat gives you something a weekend away often doesn’t: time to truly settle in.

Time to practice without rushing to the next thing. Time to be in nature, share space with others, rest, reflect, and simply experience what it feels like to step outside of your usual rhythm.

That’s part of what I love about creating Wilderness Awakening. The practices are important, but so is everything in between.

I’d love to share these four days with you. 🤍

Pyramid Breathwork is a practice that brings together conscious breathing and the unique setting of the illuminated pyramid.

I use this space to create an environment where you can turn your attention inward, become more aware of what you’re experiencing, and give yourself time to simply be with it.

There’s nothing you need to force or achieve. Just an invitation to breathe, notice, and explore.

No previous experience is needed. 🤍

Cacao can be more than something you drink. It can become a small ritual that invites you to slow down and be a little more intentional with your time.

You don’t need a complicated setup or a perfect moment. Just a little care, a space that feels good, and the willingness to actually be there for it.

Sometimes, that is enough to turn an ordinary moment into something meaningful. 🤎

Lately, I’ve been realizing that self-love is less about becoming a better version of myself and more about learning to meet myself where I am.

It looks different in different seasons. Sometimes it’s rest. Sometimes it’s boundaries. Sometimes it’s simply giving myself permission to take things one day at a time.

I’m still learning, but I’m learning to listen to myself a little more gently. ✨

The full moon can be a beautiful moment to check in with yourself. 🌕

What has changed lately? What are you ready to leave behind? And what would you like to make more room for in your life?

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply giving yourself a little time to reflect can help you see things differently.

If you’d like to explore these questions in a shared space, I’d love to welcome you to my upcoming Full Moon Workshop on October 24. We’ll gather for an afternoon of reflection and exploration. 🤍

📅 October 24 · 3 PM
📍 St. James, NY

You can find the details at annapapadakis.com. 🌕

An afternoon to reconnect with yourself, explore what you’ve been holding onto, and welcome a different kind of clarity. 🌕🤍

Our Full Moon Workshop will be a space for reflection and exploration, incorporating trauma-healing techniques to help you better understand your inner world and find new ways of approaching what you’re experiencing.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive. Just bring an open mind and give yourself the opportunity to experience something different.

I’d love to share this space with you.

We spend so much of our time thinking about what comes next: what could happen, what might go wrong, what we should be doing differently.

And meanwhile, there’s a whole life happening in the middle of all that thinking.

Maybe we don’t need to have tomorrow figured out. Maybe we just need to be a little more present for the day we’re actually living. 🤍

I think one of the hardest parts of choosing yourself is accepting that it may not always make everyone happy.

We can care deeply about the people in our lives and still have limits. We can say no, change our minds, create distance, or choose what feels right for us without making those choices wrong.

Disappointing someone doesn’t automatically mean you’ve hurt them. And keeping everyone comfortable shouldn’t come at the cost of constantly ignoring what you need.

There is a difference between being considerate of others and abandoning yourself to keep the peace.

You’re allowed to choose yourself, even when someone else doesn’t understand. 🤍
