No stranger to a PinDrop stage over the last couple of years, @anna_karila from Teesside is the perfect act to kick off the evenings, joining @tiny_vipers and @chantal.acda on their joint European tour for two intimate nights this October, including our first ever bonafide gig in Saltburn.

Here at PinDrop HQ we are simply in love with Anna’s debut single ‘Sweet’, a stripped back, fingerpicked track about what happens when the world asks you to toughen up. Raw, honest songwriting with real bite underneath and we can’t wait to hear more.

For fans of: Fiona Apple, Joni Mitchell, Lana Del Rey

Thu 15 Oct — @theowlhartlepool Hartlepool
Fri 16 Oct — The Lounge, @saltburnhousehotel , Saltburn

I’m still trying to find the words to describe quite how special Saturday night was for me. Putting on my first @kennedymusicmgmt showcase was such a validating moment. And to have the show sell out exceeded my expectations for my first showcase @angelscutdarlington - and hopefully the first of many. The next one is going to be on the 3rd Sept, so please save the date, I’ve got an amazing lineup in place, details to follow soon. The whole evening felt like a blur for me, but in a good way and i tried to channel those feelings into how I represented the show visually with my images here. Thanks so much to @helspattisonmusic, @anna_karila, @joshatkinsonmusic & @hewittsunn for gracing the stage with their amazing talent. I couldn’t have asked for a better lineup for this event. And of course to @stephen.gill13 for providing us with a beautiful space to host the event. A busy week ahead of me as ever but I just wanted to share these visual memories of a special evening for now. Thanks once again everyone for all of your support, it means the world 🙏

Which if you haven't seen yet is headlined by the amazing @helspattisonmusic with @hewittsunn also as support and it's all thanks to @kennedymusicmgmt as it's the first showcase gig! Can't wait ✨️ by @anna_karila
