There are moments you dream about and then there are moments that somehow turn out even more beautiful than you ever imagined. Today was one of those moments.

My Best Friend, My No.1 Supporter, The Woman of my Dreams ❤️ You have shown me what unconditional love truly means and every day I am grateful for the life we have built together.

Having you in my life has been the greatest privilege and seeing you become such an incredible mother has made me fall in love with you even more. You have given me memories that I will cherish forever and a future that I cannot wait to experience by your side.

No matter where life takes us, I promise to continue to choose you, support you and love you with everything I have. Here’s to a lifetime of laughter, adventures and creating amazing more memories together.

✨When 2 becomes 3✨

After what feels like a lifetime of anticipation, we’re overjoyed to finally announce that our little family is expanding!❤️

🫶🏽We’re expecting our precious bundle of joy in September 2024, and we couldn’t be more excited to embark on this incredible journey together.

🌝Bringing a new life into this world with the love of my life by my side fills my heart with indescribable joy and gratitude.

💭It’s a dream come true to imagine all the precious memories we’ll create as a family, cherishing every moment and milestone along the way.

Embracing Opportunities and Gratitude💖

When I first attended the Women in Biz and Tech event at the beginning of the year, I could have never imagined that I would be given the incredible opportunity to sit on the panel alongside some truly remarkable women 😱👩‍💼🌟

This experience has been nothing short of amazing, and it's a clear demonstration of the power of networking and community 🤝💪

I'm overflowing with gratitude for the Meath Chamber @countymeathchamber and the Meath Local Enterprise Office @leo_meath for providing this platform and for everyone I've had the privilege to meet since becoming a member 🙏🙌💼

It's not just about the events; it's about the inspiring connections, the wealth of knowledge shared, and the support that surrounds us 💬💡🤗

This journey has shown the possibilities that unfold when we step out of our comfort zones and embrace new opportunities🦋🫶🏼

Our Theodore is TWO! 🥹💙

Happy 2nd birthday to our baby shark loving boy. Mommy and Daddy love you more than words could ever explain.

I genuinely can’t believe how quickly you’re growing. Somehow, in what feels like the blink of an eye, our tiny baby has become this hilarious, clever, kind, loving, cheeky little boy with the biggest personality.

You are so smart, so funny, so kind, so mischievous, and so full of love, and honestly, the best thing that has ever happened to both of us.

We’ve been celebrating your birthday for two whole weeks 😂 because one birthday clearly wasn’t enough!

🇪🇸 We started with your birthday in Spain, surrounded by family time, sunshine and fun at the resort.

🎂 Then it was home for more birthday cake with Nanny and Gaga, because obviously one cake wasn’t going to cut it!

🎈 Then another celebration and more cake at crèche with all your little friends.

And finally, we got to finish the celebrations with your big birthday party at The Ark, Pudding Hill, surrounded by so many of the people who love you most.

Looking around and seeing all your friends and family there to celebrate you was so special. You may not understand just yet how loved you are, but we hope one day you’ll look back at these photos and know just how much joy you’ve brought into all of our lives.

Two years of you. ❤️

Two years of watching you learn, grow, laugh, explore, test boundaries 😂 and become more and more you every single day.

Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you, Theo.

We baaaackkkk🏋🏽‍♀️

Boy have I enjoyed being back in the gym consistently this past couple of months!

Although I really enjoyed my time training for and racing in duathlons and triathlons from September, 2025 - June, 2026… I can say that I am a gym girl to my core

I know I said I’d vlog and bring you guys on the journey, which I do have the footage, it’s just not edited 🥲 but actually, training 3 sports, the gym, working a 9-5, trying to eat healthy, and having a toddler was harder to balance than I thought, so social media had to be dropped. For my sanity, lol

Who knows, maybe someday I’ll finish the YouTube series

Anyways, to end the triathlon girlie era (for now):

Will I change disciplines? Probs not
Will I race another duathlon? Probs not
Will I be training in endurance sports as heavily as I did going forward? Probs not

Will I do another triathlon? Maybe’s next year🤔

Will I continue any of the 3 endurance sports, swim, bike or run? Honestly, I enjoyed my short run and bike sessions. It was the long ones that were suffering for me☠️ I also really enjoyed swimming once my breathing improved, but I hate the process of going for a swim.. changing, getting wet (well obvs you have to, but still), chlorine everywhere even after showering, DRY AF skin… not the vibe.

End verdict:
🏃🏽‍♀️short runs are in - probs biweekly
🚴🏽‍♀️short bike rides are in - probs a monthly thing
🏊🏼‍♀️I’d like to say swimming’s in bc I genuinely enjoyed it, but realistically, probs an occasional/ if I’m feeling it thing

For now, I can confirm that this gym girl is back

Forever starts with you 🤍

I’ve imagined this moment for a long time, but what I love most isn’t the ring or the proposal. It’s the person standing beside me.

Yemi, choosing you has always felt easy.

I fell in love with your mind first, the way you see the world, the way you think deeply, and the way you notice things others miss. Then I fell in love with your heart: your kindness, your patience, your calm, your humour, and the way you love people so naturally.

You have loved every version of me. You’ve stood beside me through my hardest seasons, celebrated my happiest ones, and reminded me that I never have to be anything other than myself with you.

Watching you become a father has only made me love you more. The way you love Theodore, guide him, and show him what it means to be gentle, strong, and compassionate is something I admire every day.

You are my safe place, my best friend, and the person I want beside me through every season life brings. The messy ones, the beautiful ones, the unexpected ones, and all the ordinary moments in between.

I’m excited for the life we’re building. For more memories, more laughter, more adventures, and all the chapters still waiting for us.

This isn’t about a perfect future. It’s about choosing each other, exactly where we are, over and over again.
