Næstu tveir koma næstu laugardaga. by @annamarsibil

Úlfur’s music for where is Jón just became the first podcast soundtrack in history to receive the Icelandic music award! Please enjoy this screen recording I made of Úlfur’s speech, which includes Liam texting us videos he recorded of his television while watching from Ireland, and Úlfur himself texting our group chat a picture of his trophy.

We are so proud. Making music for a story such as Jón’s is so much more complicated than most people realize. Music guides the listener’s emotions and Úlfur created a beautiful soundtrack that harmonized with the story instead of overpowering it.
Takk fyrir okkur Úlfur, og til hamingju 🫶❤️🏆 by @annamarsibil

My soundtrack for “Where is Jón?” will be out on all platforms April 16th.

A true crime series from RTÉ in Ireland and RÚV in Iceland on the unexplained disappearance of Jón Jónsson, an Icelandic man who came to play at the 2019 Dublin Poker Festival and vanished within 24 hours of arriving in the city.

With over 1 million listeners in 180 countries, we sincerely hope that telling Jón’s story will lead to new clues to what might have happened to him.

Final episode out today but I firmly believe it’s not the end of Jón’s story. There’s still work to be done.

Við gáfum út hlaðvarpsþáttaröð í dag sem ég vonast til að muni skipta miklu máli. Ég hafði síðan ekki gefið það út formlega að ég ætti von á barni, (fyrirspurnir til móður minnar á næstu glæru) fínt að gera það bara á steypinum í sjónvarpinu!

Launched a new podcast series today and then hard launched a pregnancy on national television, at least to my mom’s friends 👉 Where is Jón? is out now wherever you get your podcasts - baby boy is expected in the next five weeks or so ❤️ taken in Reykjavík, Iceland by @annamarsibil

I think we need to talk about how big of a genius my friend @annamarsibil is ! It is said often - behind her back, to her face and in the media - but not often enough in my opinion!

She is the creator behind this lyrics and many of my other lyrics - and if you are so lucky that you speak Icelandic you should be getting some chills right now, the good type of chills taken in Iceland by @annamarsibil
