My highlight of Chamonix UTMB week because most people didn’t know about it and had all the components of what I simply ❤️ about running. @runawaymilano @mindthegap_milano @bighornbistrochamonix . Might of locked in a little high on the first cut of the crop. If you know me when you have committed you need to see it through 🤪. 🙏 as always 🇮🇹 FAM you always bring the warmth and chill vibe. @lu__po top tier hosting 🙌 👊.

MOMENTUM FEMME LONDON event with @benchmark.cx

The goal with this project was to continue what was started in Girona at the TRAKA — a week of conversation with @albaoptics elite femme athletes and local women’s running group. I know this a project close to @erin_marie_carroll @milliegibbons and the extended team. Great to be apart of a morning of movement with some super chill woman owning the st of London. It’s always more than the running but I hope you agree @albaoptics have delivered another banger for the movement adventures. Big thanks for @benchmark.cx for hosting. If you get a chance to drop by you won’t be disappointed by the swag, great coffee and the warm welcome from the team. 💕 🏃‍♀️

Peak Divide Double FKT attempt.

On the 26th of May 2025, @annamcnestry and I attempted to build on our 2023 (self-supported) FKT on the c50 mile, Peak Divide route by making the turn in Sheffield and returning to Manchester. A route just shy of 100 miles. In typical Peak District style, the weather was fairly unkind to us and after 10.5 hours and worsening weather on Kinder Scout, we made the difficult decision to stop halfway.

Today at 4am we go again, exactly one year after our initial attempt. 97ish miles from Manchester to Sheffield to Manchester. Under 24 hours is the aim. Self-supported is the game.

#LFG!

‘Why not me’ while I am not breaking any records other than sucking 🍋. My words are simple ‘get older get faster’.

Copenhagen you were beautiful. My 6th marathon and favourite. Marathons are never easy and for any silver bullet hunters out there be disappointed as you need to put the hard yards down when no one else is looking.

Shout out to the support crew bouncing around the course @showensy @guypatrickangel @_unemplloyd @henrygdfllw and finally to my number 1 @jamesdpoole always believing never doubting 🥰🫶🏻❤️. Onwards 💨

The North Face Summit Run Club x Progress Run Club.

When you live in a city but want to be a trail runner you have to seek out the paths less well traveled. Stoked to put my coaching hat on and hold a trail running technique workshop for the awesome runners at @progressrunclub!

Big shout out to the @thenorthfaceuk team - @annamcnestry @rich.trails @adventuresbydan @emmapp273 for help making it happen. To @prettydecentbc for letting us take over their VP venue for the morning and of course the guys and girls from @progressrunningclub for all the smiles and good vibes! When’s the next one?

I love a trip to the Alps in the summer and the new The North Face Flora Alpina drop totally embodies the spirit of the mountains.

Centred around the race-winning VECTIV Pro 3 Trail shoe, the collection includes a Summit Series t-shirt and shorts, 10 Run Vest and Futurelight 3 layer waterproof jacket - plus a range of accessories.

If you are going to be in Chamonix this week it’s gonna be worn by all the elite athletes and most likely half of the town!

It’s a strong look and I really like it. What do you think?
