This is how we retreat 😉 !!!
🌞 🇬🇷💦

I am forever grateful for the magical, fun, and deeply meaningful time these women co-created last week.

We did the deep inner work so everyone could return home with more ease, clarity, agency and connection.

We also danced 💃🏻💃🏼, swam 🏊🏻‍♀️, did yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️, cooked 👩🏻‍🍳, ate incredible food 🍽️, held soundbaths 🥣, painted 🎨, journaled 📝, ate some more🍽️, read poetry 📖, boated 🚤, played and laughed hard and long 😂. And so much more. Some even shed a few tears 💦.

This group of women was badass in its vulnerability and courage and also each person’s ability to listen and support and truly uplift one another as Greek goddess Sistahs!! Viva Artemis 💫🌙

Cannot wait to create our next retreat together with my partner in crime fun and love and laughter @sagesoulandflowers

The Art of Ease … a retreat in Greece with a very special group of women is officially underway!!

We spent day 1 in Athens at the beautiful @cocomatworld at the foot of the Acropolis taking in some history, food and connection. Now we are off to Mani in the Peloponnese - far off the beaten path where we will welcome more ease into our lives, in addition to much more. Stay tuned! by @anne_hamro

The Art of Ease is a seven-day women’s retreat in Greece, designed for you if you’re ready to slow down, get clear, and come home feeling more grounded, energized and yourself.

Each day we offer two workshops: one for the inner work (personal exploration, honest conversation, and simple tools for living with more ease), and one for pure creativity and play (hands-on, fun, and different every day - no experience needed).

We humans are far stronger than we realize.

We are ANTIFRAGILE: we don’t just bounce back from disruption — we can bounce forward.

By embracing life’s messiness and chaos, and leaning into uncertainty, friction, and discomfort, we become stronger, smarter, and more creative.

Like a grain of sand that transforms into a pearl, embracing disruption creates strength and beauty.

Here are some prompts for leaning into and leveraging your inherent antifragility:

* At work: Try saying yes to presenting your idea even if it’s not perfectly polished — and let feedback sharpen it.

* In relationships: Try having the awkward conversation to clear the air instead of smoothing over the tension and leaving it unaddressed.

* With emotions: Let yourself feel sadness, anger, or anxiety instead of numbing with Netflix/food/drinks

* In creativity: Start the messy draft, sketch, or brainstorm - don’t wait for inspiration or perfection.

* In health: Go workout even when you don’t feel like it — use resistance as a path to growth. (Remember: what we resist persists!)

This year’s Global WIN Conference @winconference was absolutely transformative on every level & domain. The theme Thriving in Uncertainty - Empowering Renewal, Purpose, and Vision at a Time of Global Shift deeply resonated. It’s about ‘expanding a harmonious future where everyone flourishes: society, organisations, people and the planet herself, so we can create a more harmonious, balanced, and connected future’.

These are lofty goals and values that I share wholeheartedly and believe are achievable.

This conference is so unique in mission and scope. The visionary speakers come from organizations including the UN, Global Corporations, and Politics. There were Artists, AI Experts, Coaches, Healers, Scientists, and even a Vatican priest. As each shared knowledge, wisdom, experience and insights, a common thread to thriving emerged - its about Presence, Agency, Courage, Creativity, and Connection. When these powerful states are embodied, we flourish.

I was honored to contribute with my workshop Inner Allies - Unlocking Your Edge When the Pressure’s On about accessing the resources we already possess so that when the pressure’s on, we can act with clarity, courage, and confidence, and bring our unique spark to any interaction.

Thank you @kristinengvig for once again bringing together such brilliant and heart-led people to make a positive and powerful impact on our lives and our world. I left with renewed hope, valuable insights, and deeper connection with myself and others, old and new.
