At the heart of The Connection Reset group coaching is this: the relationship we have with ourselves shapes how we show up in every relationship around us. ❤️ comment CONNECTION for our free workshop Replay.

I’m so excited for this program Diana and I have created. This will be our 3rd cohort starting Nov 3rd! And this trip was such a beautiful reminder of how grateful I am to have relationships worth traveling across the world for and being with people who remind me to come back to myself.

Thank you Anne for hosting us 🥰 I’m so touched by the love I’ve felt from my colleagues I get to call friends. 🥹

You aren’t meant to do the inner work alone this is why I LOVE Group coaching.

Come join us for The Connection Reset to work on the relationships in your life with the support of community. 💛

Some girls’ trips help you escape. This one reminded me that we don’t need to escape our lives to feel joy.

Sometimes, joy is already here in the small moments when we slow down, reconnect, laugh, and let ourselves be fully present. 💛

What could help you reconnect with a little more joy in your everyday life?

Join our free 21-Day Joy Challenge starting August 1st. Comment JOY or send me a DM to join!

Pinch me!
This is my work.
And these women did the inner work all week, so a little letting loose on an epic boat trip was such a great release.

We’re on for next year too!
More details to come!

Big shout out to George @matapanmani for hosting our dinners and getting us into the kitchen for a cooking class. So much respect for those who work next to hot pizza ovens!

After a fun evening, George the owner set us up with a private disco party. We did a lot of self reflection throughout the week, identifying our patterns, and mapping out our next steps, so to let loose on the dance floor was truly an amazing treat! In true authentic fashion, I was in my moment, from pacha mama to dancing queen…I wouldn’t have it any other way.

We don’t have to fall into roles that don’t serve us, we have choice and agency to be who we want to be!

Thank you @matapanmani for the friendly service, amazing food, and beautiful atmosphere to host our group, it was really special!

Some of the most meaningful moments of this retreat aren’t necessarily happening in a workshop.

They’re happening around long dinners and shared plates of unfamiliar food.

Between laughter, stories, and the kind of conversations that only emerge when women feel safe enough to be themselves.

There is something powerful about gathering and being witnessed.
More of this please!

This is the magic I can never quite capture in the itinerary.

It’s what happens when incredible women come together and make space for one another.

And somehow, over a meal, a swim, a walk, or a conversation by the pool under the Artemis moon, something begins to soften.

Something begins to shift.

These women were so gracious with each other!

“If I let you see me, maybe you’ll let me see you too.” Me

Grateful for every moment of this retreat!

Beautiful meals. Crystal-clear water. Meaningful conversations.

But beneath the surface, something deeper is happening.

Through guided practices, reflective writing, coaching conversations, and shared experiences, these women are slowing down long enough to hear themselves again. They are gaining insight into old patterns, reconnecting with what matters most, and discovering practical ways to create the changes they want in their lives.

The friendships forming are simply a beautiful bonus. And I’m so grateful to lead with someone I adore @anne_hamro

Everything starts as an idea.
There is never the perfect timing.
Not everything will go as planned.
But if you’re looking for perfection the best place to stay is in bed. Now who wants that!

One of my besties and I have talked about doing more work together for some time. Being an entrepreneur has a lot of solo time, and while that independence an autonomy has its benefits sometimes it’s nice to collaborate. I Couldn’t think of anybody better than @anne_hamro to run a retreat with!

So here we are in Athens, Greece!
Today we drive 9 beautiful women to the Peloponnese Coast for a week of ease, exploration and connection.

Are you sitting on an idea? Do you have a dream that keeps you turning in your sheets? Make a move! Do it! If Zeus can birth Athena from his head, you can do your thing!
