I had the honor of bringing sound frequency to @vanessa.grutman Femme Biohacker Retreat at @thehouseofaia 🌱

The vibration was pure.

I wish I had known about Human Design when my children were growing up. Their charts are so accurate that it would have been like having a manual to guide and understand them more precisely.
Josh had a difficult time sitting all day at school. MG’s often thrive on variety and get bored if confined to doing one thing at a time. Allowing them to have multiple activities or projects going at once helps a lot as MG’s are fast movers with lots of energy and enthusiasm. If you would like any Human Design info please DM me. We as a family had fun celebrating my father in law’s 99th birthday last weekend. It got me thinking “How are we going to make our next 30+years the best ones yet?”
I’m grateful for Human Design because it shows us how we can up level our lives. For example there are 12 different digestion types. When I changed my diet to match my chart it was amazing to witness how much better I felt on a day to day basis. Are you ready to upgrade your life?
