The moment Anne said to me, “What you brought here for us was a holy reverence. I felt God through your hands… that’s the only way to explain it.”

And somehow, @artphoto.ines showed up at that exact moment and captured it all.

I can still feel everything. Xx

🪶✨ Today is a day to celebrate! ✨🪶

It’s the launch of @jaclyn_shaw_ book Spiritual Smackdown 〰️ From Victim to Goddess!! My heart is overflowing for her.

I still remember the day I found her over 3 years ago. I was searching for a podcast… and instead I found a woman who awakened something in my soul.

One episode.
One truth spoken out loud…everything inside me said: “This. This is the language of my soul.”

Since then, I’ve had the honor of being in her world, witnessing her leadership, her devotion and the way she calls women deeper into themselves. Being in her presence has activated me in the most extraordinary ways.

My sister @katieparryyy and I were invited to her Spiritual Retreat, the most incredible women gathered, walls down, souls open. I left different. Expanded. Remembering who I am on an even deeper level.

And today after 9 years…
Her book is here!!

A body of work birthed through seasons of becoming.
A legacy that will live far beyond this moment.
A gift to every woman who reads it.

Celebrating women like @jaclyn_shaw_ is one of my greatest joys.

I’ve ordered multiple copies because I KNOW this book will be an experience!! Grab a copy on Amazon!

Jac, thank you for leading. For speaking truth. For showing us what devotion looks like.

The world gets to receive your frequency now.
And we are better because of it. 🤍✨🐝🪶

Today is Friday the 13th.
They told us to fear today.
That it was dark. Dangerous. Unlucky.
I know now why they were saying this.

What they were really afraid of…
was what would happen when we remembered:

That Friday is Venus day.
The goddess. The lover. The leader.
And 13 is the number of the divine feminine:
13 moons. 13 womb cycles. 13 codes of life.

So today, I’m celebrating Friday the 13th.
I’m celebrating all the women who are seeing it for what it really is and not falling for the fear anymore.

In LUMIÈRE today we celebrated with a deep intentional session and activation to feel safe to be seen again.
Seen in our power, in our wisdom, in our knowing, in our light 💎

Because in the thick of all the global chaos and fear, your role today is not to ignore or by-pass the noise but rather, return to what you can control: your light.

Your presence, your energy, your frequency: that is how you can contribute and create a positive ripple.

Today I invite you to share a little bit more of your light everywhere you go.
Not because you’re scared but because you remember it’s your superpower.

Today Friday the 13th, your light is activated.

Something is changing.
Not just in me — but in the women who are walking this path beside me.

I’m not leading the way I used to.
I’m no longer teaching from the mind.
I’m transmitting from the field — and the results are… well speaking for themselves.

This rebirth I’ve been going through since Egypt has shifted everything in me.
I no longer lead from performance. My body is not interested anymore.
I lead from presence. I now know it’s enough.

And that presence?
It’s remembering women back into their light.
Shifting paradigms.
It’s unfreezing timelines.
Reawakening freedom.
Reigniting power.

One woman shared this after returning home from our 5-night retreat:

“Basically since I’ve been home, I keep hearing…
‘You look so young.’
‘You are so beautiful.’
And what I know to be true is the youth and beauty on the outside is coming from inside.
I honor my power. Acknowledge my beauty.
I literally feel like there is a childlike innocence wanting me to explore again.
Because of the retreat…
I’m excited about life again.”

Another said:

“I’ve found clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to myself.
I’m leading from energy now — and everything feels lighter, easier, more aligned.”
🤌😮‍💨

This is the real work of reconnecting to our soul’s mission and our light…and the crazy thing is, it happened within a week 😳

I have created REBIRTH to take you on that journey with me.

A 44-day portal where you will be invited to shed the old, activate your essence, and remember who you came here to be.

I’m not here to coach you into success.
I’m here to awaken the frequency that makes success inevitable.

If you’ve felt the pull…
the quiet whisper…
the knowing that something in you is ready to come alive again —

This is your invitation.

Comment REBIRTH and let’s rise 💎
The portal is opening May 5 for 44 consecutive days of quantum leaping.

We didn’t come to Mexico to “fix” anything.
We came to remember.
And in that remembrance… everything changed.

We remembered our essence.
Our power.
Our true nature beyond the noise, the roles, the timelines we were never meant to follow.

We dropped into the field —
Where time collapsed,
Truth revealed itself,
And the frequency of home returned to our bodies.

This wasn’t about healing in the way the world defines it.
It was about remembrance — and that kind of frequency shifts everything.

What we did in Mexico was real and tangible.
Eyes literally changed, faces soften, bodies shifted in miraculous ways and new identities were embodied.

Not only did this new embodiment click but it became the only way.

And from a place of frequency alignment, it confirmed me that women need a calibration space in sisterhood to remember.

Out of this golden alchemy, REBIRTH was born.

A 44-day energetic portal for the woman who knows she’s here to create her own reality — not from force, but from her field.

We’re not doing more.
We’re remembering deeper.
And from that place…
We become unshakable.

REBIRTH is open.
Your soul knows the way.

I had the honor of bringing sound frequency to @vanessa.grutman Femme Biohacker Retreat at @thehouseofaia 🌱

The vibration was pure.
The transformation, deep.
Sound is more than what we hear, it’s what we FEEL. It’s what we become.

Each woman softened.
Each body remembered.
Each soul rose.

This is the power of frequency.
This is the medicine.

“Thank you Anna. It was amazing to see you and the visions you brought me were beautiful. I had a profound sense of peace soaring and creation literally the big bang during our session. As well as all the third eye colors.“ 💥❤️‍🔥

Ready to calibrate to the next version of you?

Proof Beauty Is Energy 💫

Like me, each one of these women is “doing the inner work” that in turn makes them magnetic to others. 🧲

They could easily float on their exterior looks but they’re not. They all know their energy is what makes them unique🪄

Today I am reflecting on the two amazing retreats I attended in 2024 hosted by @vanessa.grutman. During these events it became undeniable to me that energy creates beauty in the most profound ways.

Join me for the conversation around beauty and energetics in GLOW RESCUE February 3rd @ 9am PST.

Being held by a collective force. ✨

That is the place you have been avoiding and resisting.

You think you’re too advanced or too small…here’s the catch.

The very thought about you being in a group of women shows you your blind spot 💥

If you’re thinking you’re too advanced: most likely you’re used to being a lone wolf and pushing through >> that’s your invitation.

If you’re thinking I’m not ready yet: you are still seeing yourself small and therefore playing a small game yielding to small results.

Masterminds and group coaching is precisely how I have been able to get out of my own way.

Because when you allow yourself to be heard, seen, held and to do the same for women who share the same level of ambition as you, you tap into the collective force.

🪽A force that reminds you who you are when you’ve forgotten.

🪽A force that celebrates your bold moves and reflects your infinite potential.

🪽A force that rewires the outdated hustle paradigm and replaces it with flow, alignment, and ease.

That is why the quality and curation of all my communities is my number one priority.

Also why I will be investing my time in those spaces in 2025.

Creating massive energy, momentum and breakthroughs for the brave women inside.

So my dear, the very thing you are avoiding is what will heal you and allow you to unlock those dormant codes.🧬

Inside my coaching programs, we don’t just talk about success—we embody it together.

We create a frequency where your energy, wealth, and feminine power must expand.

🌙 Here’s the truth: When you put yourself in this energy, you unlock the codes to your next level of abundance.

The women inside @femme_biohacker are the key.

Together, we rise. Together, we shift paradigms.

Together, we change what feminine success looks like.

PROOF YOUR ENERGY IS MAGNETIC

Fun story.

One day I thought to myself - would be fun to try a local, 3-day retreat where people come to me so I can easily fit it in my schedule without extra travels.

We contacted my fave boutique hotel in town, my husband ran some numbers, I created an event outline and got super activated by it.

I plugged in very preliminary details on to a simple payment page and sent the link in my Femme Biohacker telegram group.

I was excited about it but totally not attached because I was trying something, hadn’t talked about it to anyone and really had no clue if people would be interested.

In that detached but activated energy, I sent a voice memo sharing what this opportunity was, that I had 10 spots and the link to buy.

Within 24h half the spots had been taken.

Holy shit! Ok.

Within the next 24h the rest of the spots were filled and 2 more people were begging me to make space for them.

So with 1 text, 1 basic payment link and a strong community- my event was oversold in 48 hours.

Holy shit again.

Again, proof that strategies won’t make you stand out.

Authenticity, real powerful services, an engaged community AND a clean activated energy on my part did it.

I’m sure that if I had waited for a sales page and a funnel and email sequence to talk about it, my energy would have moved from my heart to my head and killed the mojo.

This is the work we do inside Femme Biohacker.

Learning to manoeuvre that beautiful dance between the head and the heart.

Becoming masters of our own energy, at all times, at all costs.

This example blew my own mind - proof that when the alignment is there, results like this never gets old 🤌

There’s a moment in a woman’s life where she makes a decision to follow her hearts desires and dreams to chart and new path forward for her future.

✨ She takes a chance on herself with a trust and a knowing that everything is going to work out exactly as is should
