We did it! HYROX PRO in the pocket🔥. We trained with athletes, as athletes and now raced as athletes. It was tough, it was heavy, it was fun!

Special thanks to our HYROX-support system @sportcity @team_amstelveen @getfitwithlilinho @always_forward7 @raymilsamuel @eva_van_beijnen @jorisbronk @greg_stars and our loved ones at home♥️

Climbing rocks, swimming in ice-cold water, and showering beneath waterfalls.

Being active with the kids while exploring Italy’s hidden treasures is always high on my list, this was a perfect day!

So grateful we got to experience it with @mnollen, who knows all the best spots and also knows how to 🎥 . #spinosecco #italy #mulazzo #canyoning #family taken in Stretti di Giaredo by @annelies_82

To my partner in every kilometer, every struggle and every finish line @annelies_82 ❤️

I honestly couldn’t have done this without you.
You turn every training into an adventure, every race into a celebration, and somehow always know how to push me to give just a little bit more.

Your energy, your love, your motivation and your belief in me make all the difference.
Not only on race day, but during all those early mornings, hard sessions and moments where giving up felt easier.

So grateful to have you by my side through it all.
We bring out the best in each other ♥️ ♥️ taken in Thialf Heerenveen by @annelies_82

Our 5th HYROX together and once again racing PRO🔥. We keep getting better, but most importantly, we keep having fun training and racing together.

This race we truly gave it our all and have a PB of -3 min! Amazing atmosphere, the best venue, and the volunteers were incredible 💙 🩵

Already looking forward to the next one 💛. #hyrox #hyroxheerenveen #gymbesties #fitness #running
