Since I started taking my nutrition seriously and eating more (and healthier), I’m finally seeing what my body is capable of. I now actually take the time to eat, whereas before I always felt like I “didn’t have time” and would just grab something quick during work, like a cookie.
I used to think eating more would just make me gain weight, but it’s actually the opposite: I’m getting stronger, building muscle, and seeing real progress. I also feel fitter and more energized than

My daily meal plan works perfectly for me. I’ve realized that planning a whole week ahead doesn’t suit me, so focusing on one day at a time is the perfect approach.

Today I had a conversation about myself.
About growth. About the past two years.
And suddenly the question came up: where does growth actually begin?

I’ve come to realize that it all starts with self-worth.
With the moment you value yourself enough to want to grow.

That shift began for me with working out.
For years I looked at my body with dissatisfaction,
yet I never truly did anything about it.
Not out of resistance, but out of habit
acceptance without love.

As I approached forty, a new awareness surfaced.
I am getting older and that is not a bad thing.
But if I am going to age, I want to age strong and fit.
Present in my body. Alive within myself.

That was the beginning of my process.

Through movement, I began to feel more at home in my body.
And that physical strength slowly turned into mental clarity.
I learned to respect who I am,
not because everything became perfect,
but because I finally chose myself.

Self-worth is not the destination.
It is the foundation.
And from there, everything continues to grow. @priscilla_belliot thnx for the talk❤️ your are worth it! #selflove #positivevibes #highvibration #journey #fitgirl

Surround yourself with souls who lift and inspire you.
We all have moments when we don’t feel our best. That’s when it’s most important to have people around you who look out for you and remind you of your strength when you’ve momentarily lost sight of it.

Be there for each other not only in good times, but especially in the difficult ones.
True connection reveals itself when life feels heavy
that’s when we need one another the most.

Everyone experiences challenging moments; no one walks this journey alone.
When we support each other, we rise together into a higher frequency.
Gather the right energies around you, and be a light for others as well.

Together, we grow. ✨#selflove #teamwork #positivevibes #highvibration #energie
