Nine months ago we started working on the visuals for the year of forestry displays. Today they are up for all to see!!

Totally blown away by the creative talent that made this project what it is. Taylor Martin and his team of builders and artists who made our tree dreams come true. They are based in Nashville and created something that will help tell a story for years and years!!

@codycritt for his incredible gift as an artist. He had not even two days to complete this mural because our original plan for his canvas needed to be redone. He was pulling out of the fairgrounds as visitors were coming in on the first day. THANK YOU Cody for your patience and grace and talents!!

@doriemitchell and the Image360 Lebanon team - they printed everything. They were printing, cutting, polishing, and building for weeks before the fair up until probably 10 minutes before the start. These people just get it done and do a great job. There wasn’t a single thing their team couldn’t take care of.

All of the foresters who can cut and build literally whatever in minutes. I can’t say how much just mounting the signage weighed on our plans, and we showed up for installation to a bunch of groups throwing up mounts like they do it for a living. They spent weeks planning these experiences - ones that educate on public safety and an industry that is so important to Tennessee. This is a message for Shawn Hendrickson — you are my HERO!!!

Thank you to Megan Carpenter — TDF comms director (understatement). She has brilliant ideas and had the impossible job of managing the logistics, planning, personnel, budget, media, and more — all while doing her already demanding full time job. Congrats my friend!!! To Caley Peyton - you are an angel. What would I do without you???

Nick Mucci is the love of my whole life and runs the house like a boss while kicking butt at his own job. My head has been in the clouds and in my office for months. He keeps our lives together.

Hallelujah. Only God could open these doors for me and keep me from losing my mind. Anything is possible!!! Thank you Jesus!! taken in Wilson County Fair - TN State Fair by @annelisemucci

Yesterday we wrapped up the biggest design project I’ve ever done by far. This highlights a small portion what myself and so many others have been working on since November.

Let me tell you - my business was not prepared for the scale of this job. But someone trusted me to be the creative lead and I am SO grateful!!

We have displays across eleven areas of the @wilsoncountytnstatefair. Each area has a dedicated team - many of these teams have put months and weeks into creating an experience that captures how critical forest management is to our communities.

I’m so honored to have been included in telling this story with countless others. Agriculture and forestry in Tennessee is a family - in every sense of the word.

Lots more to come, but I hope you make a visit to Wilson County before August 22nd!! There are hundreds of people who have prepared for your arrival! Don’t tell them I told you - the forestry teams have snacks and drinks in their coolers!!!! Do what you want with that info 🤪 taken in Wilson County Fair - TN State Fair by @annelisemucci

SHAKING at the sight of an apex predator right outside the door 💀

The rescue let us know that our dog is not cat friendly, and we’re sure of that now that we are in a neighborhood with cats. She was getting used to them then got scratched a few weeks ago on a walk. It’s worse now 😭 by @annelisemucci
