It takes a village ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me to officially launch my campaign, with special guest Jaclyn Symes.

It wouldn't be Woodend in spring without a sea of black puffer jackets! But the warmth in the room more than made up for the chilly weather.

A special shoutout to my campaign manager Kelly for being such a wonderful host with the most amazing platter skills.

And to my family and friends – thank you, your support means everything. by @annetteformacedon

Another big week of door knocking – with some help from my brother ❤️

Every conversation matters, and we've had plenty to talk about, including Labor's announcement of 20 new free dental clinics and my commitment that a re-elected Labor Government will invest $620,000 to install lighting at Romsey's Oval 2.

While in Romsey, I met the owner of Bespoke Preserves and we got chatting about bees – turns out we're both beekeepers!

I couldn't resist picking up a jar of delicious jam to take home for the family. We've got so many talented locals.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to chat. by @annetteformacedon

If you have ever struggled to pay for a dentist, this one’s for you.

A re-elected Carroll Labor Government will open 20 free dental clinics across Victoria.

Back in August we announced a plan to open 10.

Now we’re doubling that commitment, giving more Victorians access to dental care without the bill.

There'll be 14 clinics across Melbourne and six in regional Victoria.

You'll be able to get free urgent dental care and general check-ups, including fillings, x-rays, cleaning, extractions and root canals.

Like Labor’s Urgent Care Clinics, no appointment will be needed. Just walk in.

Labor is already saving families time and money through Smile Squad, delivering free dental care for kids at school.

Now we’re taking the next step, with more free clinics and more dentists to deliver the care Victorians need. by @annetteformacedon

It’s been a busy day chatting on the phone with locals – and now it’s time for a little Halloween fun with the family.

So many people have got into the Halloween spirit, with lots of great decorations around town. The kids are having a ball! by @annetteformacedon

Our community loves netball – especially here in Riddells Creek.

But the current facilities at the Riddells Creek Recreation Reserve are at capacity.

That's why I've been advocating for funding for an additional court.

And last night I got to catch up with some local netballers to share the know the good news.

A re-elected Labor Government will invest $700,000 to help make this happen. by @annetteformacedon

The new Hurry Reserve Dog Park in Kyneton is officially open 🐾

What a fantastic place for our four-legged friends to run, play and make new mates – while their humans do the same.

With accessible paths, secure fencing, two off-leash areas, plus new shelter and seating, the old velodrome space has a new "leash" on life.

Another great local upgrade made possible with support from the Carroll Labor Government. by @annetteformacedon

Great news for Romsey and everyone who uses Oval 2!

A re-elected Labor Government will invest $620,000 to install lighting – giving local clubs more time to train and play.

Oval 2 is home to Macedon Rangers Soccer Club, Romsey Junior Football Netball Club, Romsey Cricket Club and Lancefield Romsey Little Athletics Centre.

But right now, it's one of the few ovals in the Macedon Ranges without fixed lighting.

So I know this upgrade would make a big difference for local clubs – and bring more opportunities for community events in Romsey. by @annetteformacedon

Big news for Barkly Square!

A re-elected Labor Government will support the new Barkly Square Pavilion in Kyneton with $1.5 million 🎉

It's an investment in better facilities, greater inclusion, and the future of local sport and community life. by @annetteformacedon

Looking at this old school photo brings back a few memories!

I'm thinking of all the Year 12 students sitting their English exam today – including my niece.

I know there’s a lot of hard work and late nights behind getting to this point, so back yourself and give it your best.

And to those who’ve already finished their Year 12 commitments, congratulations on everything you’ve achieved.

A big thank you to the teachers, school staff, families and friends who’ve supported our students along the way ❤️ by @annetteformacedon

A $7.8 million boost for Daylesford Aged Care ❤️

Labor is investing $7.8 million through the Regional Health Infrastructure Fund to upgrade Central Highlands Rural Health’s Daylesford Aged Care facility.

These improvements will create more private, comfortable and dementia-friendly spaces, helping older locals enjoy quality care in a place that feels like home. by @annetteformacedon

Fabulous op-shop fashion and trolleys loaded with delicious scones – Malmsbury certainly knows how to put on a fundraiser!

It was wonderful to spend the afternoon at the Malmsbury Fire Brigade Fashion Parade, where locals took to the catwalk to show off some great finds from the Kyneton Food Bank Op Shop – with plenty of laughs along the way.

A big thank you to Honni, Brigade Captain Linda, Simon for doing a great job as MC, CWA Kyneton Twilighters for the scones, and all the volunteers and local businesses who made the event such a huge success ❤️ by @annetteformacedon

A little drizzle couldn’t dampen the spirits at the Swiss Italian Festa!

Huge crowds walked the streets in the parade, followed by a fantastic afternoon of music, food and festivities at Mineral Springs Reserve.

It’s wonderful to see our region’s rich Swiss Italian heritage embraced with so much pride.

And the fun continues tomorrow with Festa Around Hepburn.

Take the opportunity to wander through Hepburn Springs, explore local cafés and shops, and enjoy more Swiss Italian-inspired food, experiences, and entertainment.

Grazie to everyone who helps make the @swissitalianfesta such a special event 🇨🇭🇮🇹❤️ by @annetteformacedon
