3 days in Nashville for an early birthday celebration getaway to see some of my friends and watch them do live music set and a momma, daughter date night to watch them play was what my little heart needed. Happy birthday Jordan ❤️

You make every day so bright and you know how to make me laugh until I can’t breathe and you know how to make me laugh so hard that I start screaming. From late night movies and conversations to eating our favorite pizza to eating fresh baked Costco cookies in our comfy clothes on your couch to dancing around to our jams. Everyone knows about my Jordan and we may not see each other every day but I know you will always be here when I need you and God blessed me sooo much when he placed you in my life when I needed you the most. and I will forever be grateful for the lord crossing your paths with Mine. God knew what he was doing when he placed you on this earth and I am forever grateful I get to walk life with you and learn from you about this crazy world I couldn’t ask for a better role model than I love you to the moon and back! The yearly dreaded MRI check up for good VP shunt function and I came out with the words of your VP shunt is still functioning on the level it should those words are like music to my ears. The fear anxiety leading up to this appointment gets me every time because of the unknown of the results. Last night before I went to bed we prayed over the results and today we are THANKING JESUS he answered another prayer of ours. ❤️

This blog post holds a special place in my heart because it talks about my family being my caregivers you’ll hear me mention @jessicaoppenhuizen we may not have the same last name or the same parents but she’s one of them because of the DEEP care for me she has for me and my family and the deep connection we have that holds a special in my heart. She’s had to worry along side my parents and brother if I would be okay after every surgery, doc apt or test . The moral support she brings to my life is something I treasure every day by @anniekb21

My parents were told at birth I may not be able to speak, hear or talk. I love proving theses doctors wrong and doing what they said I may not be able to do. This might be a small milestone for another’s but it’s HUGE for me I used to be terrified of the water but I am in swim therapy it’s already making me feel comfortable in the water. Swim therapy for adults like me help make me feel comfortable in water and teach me safety measures on my level of paralyze level and it also works out my joints and feels AMAZING. ❤️

This might seem so small to others but to me and my family it’s a another huge milestone in my life. by @anniekb21

Oh Micaela when I think about you all I think about is proverbs 17: 17 a friend that loves all the time and refreshes the soul because you do just that for me and today meant everything to me to get our friends that you love so deeply together and celebrate this new baby and celebrate you because you’re worth it all. You’re friendship to me is soooo special because you see so much of myself I can’t see or notice and I love you so much not only just for being one of my best friends because the way you challenge me to be better and be a better version of myself. You make me smile and I admire you so much not only the person you are but the Jesus follower you are. I appreciate you for being you and thank you for your honest advice and loving me when I don’t know how to love myself. If I could give you one thing in life it’s to see you how I see you in our friendship. You are the best thing that’s ever happened to me and I don’t only consider you has my best friend I consider you has one of my sisters. Happy birthday to my other favorite cowboy it feels like we just caught up yesterday even though it’s been a few months and thank you for always encouraging me and making me laugh and I get so blessed with our conversations . and wishing you the best day ever and I can’t wait to see you soon. So grateful our pathways crossed and it’s an honor to know you and it feels like we have known each other for years. Happy Father’s Day ❤️

Today is a special day because it’s Father’s Day. Thank you for always being there and for being so present throughout my entire life. I know that you and Mom have carried a lot because of my special and unique needs, and knowing that Mom never has to carry that load alone is something I will always cherish and be grateful for every day of my life.

Thank you for always choosing to be there—for every surgery, doctor’s appointment, therapy visit, and every challenge and blessing this life has brought our family. Your love, support, strength, and commitment mean more to me than words can express.

Happy birthday B lake 🤠❤️

Happy birthday to my favorite cowboy it’s been 4 years of screaming out your name and lifting my hands in worship to your songs in every crowd and every day of my life. Thank you for every courage word and every prayer that you have prayed over me and my life. You’re hard-work and dedication to your family, music and the hard work you put into it NEVER goes unnoticed by me and your wisdom and kindness means more then you will ever know to me. Thank you for seeing my true self and the way God intended me to be. I will forever back you up in every comment section and i will forever scream you BETTA sang and preach. You’re one of the most humblest and kindest souls to ever walk this earth and God knew what he was doing when he brought you into the world and it was to bless people while making them laugh their heads off completely and I am honored to get to laugh and cry at the same time when you say something. Your friendship to me is so special to me and I am grateful for it and I am greatfull to call you a hero and brother in Christ.
