Anthony Licitra has helped scale 70+ fitness studios across the U.S., and FS8 is the one he’s most excited about. Why? Because it’s movement that lasts.

Reformer Pilates, yoga, mat work, and strength… all in one low-impact workout that meets you where you are and grows with you. This is what the next era of fitness looks like. #FS8 by @ant3411

Over 1,200 F45 Training members and trainers participated in the 2025 NYC Hyrox event…this is a testament to what we do every day - inspire our communities to better themselves through fitness. I felt so much joy witnessing our F45 community step out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves to do something that they can be proud of.

Shoutout to @travtravtravtrav - we’re aging like fine wine! Honored to be part of the @clubsportsgroup team. taken in Pier 76 by @ant3411
