Do not skip your home inspection.
Buying a home is one of the most important investments you will ever make. Without a professional home inspection, you are buying blind.

A home inspection helps you understand the true condition of the property and its major components—roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more. It can uncover costly issues before you close and give you leverage, clarity, and peace of mind.

Protect your investment. Know what you are buying.
TruScope Property Group is here to make sure you go into closing informed, not surprised.

It’s time for a proper reintroduction.

My name is Anthony Steadham, Director of Operations for TruScope Property Group.

At TruScope, we facilitate a wide range of services that keep the real estate industry moving, from notary signings and legal document courier services to property inspections, maintenance, flips, rehabs, and renovations for both commercial and residential clients.

We perform a variety of scopes of work, which is why we are TruScope, a company built to handle everything from paperwork to property projects with the same level of professionalism and care.

In one hand, I carry my briefcase, representing the professionalism and trust behind every notary signing and our partnerships with title companies.
In the other, my tool bag, representing the hands-on work our team performs every day to bring properties back to life.

Whether you’re a homebuyer, investor, or title company, TruScope is here to help you close, maintain, and grow.

Big ups to my son and his entire team! 7-0 and still UNDEFEATED! My big dog has scored at least one touchdown in every game this season, and I couldn’t be prouder!

But what makes me even more proud is the work he puts in both on the field and in the classroom. He’s staying focused, setting goals, and putting in the work to become better every day.

For those who really know me, you know my story, where I’ve been, what I’ve been through, and how far I’ve come. So watching my son accomplish things and make better strides than I did at his age hits differently.

As a father, I don’t want him to follow in my footsteps. I want him to go further than I ever did. My job is to encourage him, guide him, and give him every opportunity to reach his full potential.

The touchdowns and undefeated record are great, but watching the young man he’s becoming is the real victory.

Sometimes our greatest accomplishments aren’t what we achieve ourselves, but what we help our children become.

Keep pushing, son! Your future is bright, and I’ll be right there supporting you every step of the way. Proud father moment! taken in Olathe Northwest High School by @ant_thetrainer

This picture speaks a thousand words to me.

To go from an idea, sitting in a dark room somewhere in the corner, to standing there watching it all play out right in front of you, bigger than you ever imagined… that’s what this picture represents.

Life is a journey, and if there’s one thing I can tell anybody chasing a dream: DON’T STOP. KEEP MOVING.

When you lock in, stay focused, and put in the work, dreams really can become reality. But faith alone isn’t enough. Faith without works is dead.

The Isley Brothers have been one of my favorite groups since I was a little kid. To go from listening to their music growing up to having the opportunity to work with them is truly a blessing and an honor.

Six decades of hard work, timeless music, professionalism, and showmanship were on full display that night. They put on an incredible show, and hearing directly from them that Kansas City was one of their best shows in a long time made the moment even more special.

To everybody who bought a ticket, told somebody about the show, supported us, worked behind the scenes, or walked through those doors that night: THANK YOU. You helped turn an idea into something real.

This picture is bigger than a concert for me. It’s a reminder of what can happen when faith meets vision, vision meets work, and you refuse to quit.

What an experience.

And we’re just getting started. More to come. taken in Municipal Auditorium by @ant_thetrainer

LOCK IN. Keep your head down. Stay focused.

One thing life has taught me is that adversity is going to come. Distractions are going to come. There will be moments when you feel stuck and can’t see your way out.

But KEEP PUSHING.

Stay consistent. Keep the faith. Keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Because you GROW through what you GO through.

I’m a living witness.

I went from listening to some of my favorite artists to actually WORKING with one of my favorite artists in a way I never imagined.

And nah, I’m not a fanboy. I’m a fan of hardworking, impressive people who have mastered their craft, stayed the course, and left something behind that others can learn from.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned along this journey is simple:

No matter what you’re going through, KEEP PUSHING.

You may not understand why you’re going through it while you’re in it. But keep moving. Keep building. Keep believing. Eventually, the pieces start coming together.

Sometimes the opportunity you’ve been praying for is waiting on the version of YOU that the journey is developing.

September 26, we bring it full circle.

THE ISLEY BROTHERS LIVE IN KANSAS CITY at Municipal Auditorium.

This weekend, it’s going DOWN, baby!

Keep the faith. Keep working. Keep pushing.

Your journey might be closer to changing than you think. taken in Municipal Auditorium by @ant_thetrainer

Sometimes the biggest wins happen when the original plan doesn’t.

Went to Englewood, New Jersey for an event, but when it got canceled, we didn’t let that stop the mission. Instead, we made our way to Hackensack and turned the evening into an executive meeting surrounded by great people, premium cigars, good pours, and even better conversations.

That’s what separates people who make excuses from people who make moves. When you’ve got the right team around you, setbacks become strategy sessions, relationships become partnerships, and conversations become opportunities.

Success isn’t about everything going according to plan—it’s about knowing how to pivot when it doesn’t.

Never let a temporary setback stop a permanent vision. Sometimes the detour is exactly where the real deals get made.

Here’s to luxury, leadership, loyalty, and always finding a way to win.
