POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

@theundergraduatefilm is a deeply personal story that I’ve been to dying to tell, and last month I finally got the chance to do so.

I am extremely grateful for our lead actor @chandlerriggs5 who crushed it in the role along with the rest of our amazing cast. I also feel immensely honored to have worked with such a talented and dedicated crew, many of which are not pictured here. Lastly, my sincere and deepest thanks to @morningmoonproductions for their generosity and hard work for making this film a reality. It would not have been possible without each and every one of your help and I feel beyond blessed to have received it. Thank you.

If you can, follow our Instagram page @theundergraduatefilm and stay tuned for what’s next!!! 👀🎥 #THEUNDERGRADUATE taken in Hollywood, California by @anthony_alyassi

After much work, I'm finally excited to annouce the launch of the company I co-founded with @josh_gravitt, TheFilmStudent! (Link in bio) (ALL MAJORS WELCOMED!)

TheFilmStudent is a networking platform with an emphasis on all things film. Founded in 2021, the website uniquely allows all students from both USC and UCLA to interact with one another in a centralized community who are united by their passion for film.

With an industry that puts as heavy of an emphasis on collaboration as film does, many students can find this to be immensely difficult. To know exactly where to look, to find the exact people you need, and to make friends that can last you a lifetime is no easy task, and so it is our objective to provide a resource that helps ease these endeavors. By accessing our website, you are now able to directly connect with fellow students who feel similar to you, thus creating a powerful community in which we can work together during our filmmaking journey.

Through our platform you will be able to connect with other students and discuss films, post/apply for crew listings, display your own films for the community to view, and more. We believe, in an industry as supremsley competitive and chaotic as film is, only by working together do we have the best chance at achieving our career aspirations. Can’t wait to see you there!

Currently exclusive to USC and UCLA students. #thefilmstudent taken in Los Angeles, California by @anthony_alyassi

This was definitely the hardest film shoot I’ve ever done.

The combination of a night shoot, only two days to film everything, a potential rain storm, being isolated in the middle of nowhere, and harsh wind definitely made this production one to remember. Yet, we still finished! Huge thanks to my fantastic cast and crew (many of whom not picture here unfortunately) as the film couldn’t have been made without each and everyone one of you and the dedication/passion you brought.

Now time to go into Post-Production for the next few months, then off to festivals 🎥🎬 #onlykidsseeghosts taken in Joshua Tree, California by @anthony_alyassi
