Quien tiene miedo, muere a diario 🇧🇴

Huayna Potosí is 6,088 m or 19,974 ft
I got sick the day before, barely slept, didn’t acclimate enough, and probably made every mistake you can make before trying your first 6,000m peak. Honestly, it was way harder than I expected. There were a few moments where I questioned what I was doing up there, but there was no way in hell I was going back down 😂. The part I’ll remember most isn’t even the summit. It’s the Aymara guides. We ate together, joked around, and spent half the climb talking about the beers we were going to drink when we got back to base camp. By the end, they felt more like friends than guides.

I made it to the top, made it back down, bought the beers I promised, and learned a lot.

I’m officially a licensed skydiver!! I remember being younger and always watching videos of people skydiving and BASE jumping, never really thinking it would be something I’d actually do, maybe once, just to say I did it, but never to the point of getting licensed. It only took meeting one person to change that completely, and the moment the opportunity came up, I ran with it. Skydiving is scary. The first time I went up in the plane and had to jump with my own chute, I was completely white, thinking about the million things that could go wrong. That feeling stuck with me for a while, until I slowly built confidence in myself and in the gear I was using.

I never let fear control me, and that’s one of the reasons this is so beautiful although falling at 130 mph from a plane is pretty fucking incredible, but what matters more is trusting yourself through the fear. I’m beyond excited for what’s to come and for all the memories that are still waiting to be created. by @anthonyrodriguezco

I got incredibly lucky. My connecting flight was canceled, which gave me exactly one day in Buenos Aires and it just so happened to be the day of Argentina vs. England.

As soon as I dropped my bags at the hotel, I went straight to Adidas to buy an Argentina jersey, then headed to Palermo where everyone was watching the match. I was completely alone, but I convinced my Uber driver to grab a beer with me. One beer turned into three, and before I knew it we had met a group of locals who basically adopted me for the rest of the night and showed me around. 😂

The match was pretty slow for a while and I was starting to worry because I really wanted the real Argentina experience but of course Argentina closed the game with two goals and within seconds, the streets exploded like literally with bombs and shit. Thousands of people were singing, chanting, waving flags, climbing on cars, and celebrating. I’m so grateful I got to experience something like this and even happier that I happened to be on the winning side. Being Argentine for a day was pretty cool and I think everyone should try it at least once. 🇦🇷🍻 taken in Buenos Aires, Argentina by @anthonyrodriguezco

This one’s more for me.

I spent three days driving through the south of Bolivia, starting in Uyuni, and every hour felt like we had entered a completely different world. Deserts, colorful lagoons, volcanoes, rock formations I’d fall asleep for 15 minutes and wake up to a landscape I’d never seen before.

Along the way we saw foxes, vicuñas, alpacas, llamas, flamingos, and even ostriches. It was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever experienced.

I know there is some great photos I couldn’t put but I would’ve put 100 photos if I could 😂😂 by @anthonyrodriguezco
