My time on O’ahu is never long enough.
Even though this trip was short, it was filled with the most incredible memories with some of my favorite people.
Watching my friends absolutely crush their first marathon is something I’ll never forget!
Thankful for this trip, and thankful for this life. Always.🤍

If there’s a will there’s a way!! ⚡️
Two days before the marathon, I woke up sick and was extremely anxious about whether I could finish the race, or even start it at all. For two days straight, I told my body on repeat: you are HEALTHY and STRONG.
On race day, I woke up feeling 90% better. That mindset carried me through the entire race, because what the mind believes, the body achieves!
What an incredible experience… the marathon is no joke! Next time we are subbing 5 easy!! aanddd now I’m back to being sick again 🤣 hugeeee thanks to one of my childhood besties @cameronpennockk for running this with me and keeping the vibes high!! And to @lgarwood who had me out there running every week for the past 6 weeks or so, without her I would’ve gone into this with no training lol she is the best 😅💗

Alignment isn’t just a feeling anymore…it’s my reality. Things are clicking, flowing, and unfolding just right. My heart feels full. I didn’t know peace could look like this and I’m loving it.

Real ones continue to show up, especially when life life’s. No masks, no pretending…just truth and connection. Spiritually and emotionally, I’m grounded. I’m guided. I’m good.

April cracked me open in the best way.
A spiritual unfolding, quiet and loud all at once.
The launch of my first book wasn’t just a milestone…it was a release. A deep exhale of a story I’ve carried for years, now in the hands and hearts of others. The love I’ve received has been overwhelming, reminding me that when we speak our truth, the world listens.

And in that flow, the words for my two children’s books resurfaced, unfinished stories now begging to be born. Creativity hasn’t just returned…it’s roaring. It’s what’s been waking me up with purpose.

Physically, I’ve been tested too. Running became a mirror thanks to my friend. With each mile, I’m reminded: endurance is more mental than muscle. With every drop of sweat, every clean bite, every workout…I feel more me. Consistency is key.

My circle has grown. I continue to welcome others into my life. Friends who show up. Friends who support and grow with each other. Energy that uplifts.

The signs have been clear. The numbers, the nudges, the feelings you can’t explain but feel in your bones. The Universe is not whispering anymore…it’s speaking loud and clear. And I’m listening.

So if you’re reading this, you the reader or even Joe if you came to look back, here’s your reminder:
You are loved. You are supported. Your path is unfolding exactly as it should. And if no one’s told you, I love you. Don’t forget it.
