One of the best evenings of my life... 🥹
South Orange County Orchestra's inaugural concert Dare to Dream was a smashing success!
.
The energy in the room was SO GOOD. All of our musicians were so grateful for the opportunity to display their talents to the public, and they were EN FUEGO 🔥
.
It was an unforgettable evening for our SOLD OUT crowd of over 230 people. The show was molded around our title piece, the orchestral composition Dare to Dream, composed by Laguna Beach resident Pamela Madsen. We performed the work as a world premiere, and everyone left the show inspired by its message.
.
And what a thrill to have Randy Crenshaw show up and perform a surprise solo piece! If I Were a Rich Man totally BROUGHT THE HOUSE DOWN.
.
Couldn't be any happier that my friend (and our conductor) Ryan Koo asked me to be part of this. He did a remarkable job bringing these talented musicians together to make this happen. He truly Dared to Dream this night into existence, and I'll be grateful for the experience for the rest of my life.
.
Congratulations to our musicians, Ryan, Pamela Madsen, and everyone else who helped bring this show to life. And huge thank you to the Moulton Museum, Montessori on the Lake, and our private donors for sponsoring this concert. Proud of you all and excited for the next one.

2025 was Gold!
It's been a total pleasure working with this awesome team at Bullock Russell. I cannot say enough good things about my support here. Pictured with me is Jeff my marketing director, his twin brother Steve our managing broker, and their father Dave. These guys have always pumped me up and helped me believe in myself.

90% of Realtors quit within the first two years. But with their guidance I've made it to year 5 and managed to double my business every year for 3 straight years, and am on track to double again this year.

Years ago a very nice gentleman came to an open house, and expressed he wanted me to sell his mother's home. His siblings outvoted him and chose another Realtor (coincidentally from my company), but we kept in touch, and when it was time for him to make his own move he asked me to help.
.
I loved working on this unique property, with a nice garden and extra unit in the backyard. We had to empty the home, and before we even hit the market were approached by someone with another property in the neighborhood who wanted to purchase this off market.
.
Funding was a challenge but we made it work, and my client made his move to a beautiful new home out of state. Happy for him.

Wild story on this one.
It started last year with an invitation to the LPAPA Gala, where I met Mark Hilbert, founder of the art museum at Chapman University!
For his collection he purchased the Best-In-Show award-winning painting by Jason Li, who I got to know.
I hired Jason to paint a portrait as a gift for my client.
Jason had me meet him at Chemers Gallery in Tustin, to get it framed.
The owner of Chemers Gallery learned I was in real estate and referred me to Tricia, owner of Justin Porterfield Ltd who needed to move her business because the plaza was being demolished and rebuilt.
And after months of searching where did Tricia and her business end up?
On the same block as the Hilbert Museum of California Art...
God at work for sure 😅

The LPAPA minis auction night was so much fun!
The plein air painting scene here in Laguna and broader South County is world-class. Plein air painters virtually built the town of Laguna Beach, leading incorporation efforts and birthing an Arts scene that has branched off in many directions, and still survives today. @lpapamembers keeps the tradition going by promoting this unique art form.
.
Years ago I first met @jeffsewellart at the @moultonmuseum and was truly moved by his paintings of Aliso and Wood Canyons, one of my happy places growing up. Last year I met @jasonli28 at the LPAPA invitational, where he won Best in Show. His work is incredible as well!
.
Since it was my first auction I had to go hard... And knowing it was a fundraiser... And I really wanted something from these two artists... Well I got into two bidding wars and came home victorious 💪🏼
Seeing my favorite places so beautifully depicted in these paintings is totally priceless.
BUY ART!!! 😁🧑🏼‍🎨🎨🖼️

You know it's a great show when your hands are sore from clapping so forcefully and so often 😂
Congratulations to @socalballetscene and all the dancers on an epic night!
.
I was totally blown away by the skill of the cast, and the diversity of the offerings. They did it all... Modern works with huge ensembles, intimate couples dance with live piano and opera singer, and of course the iconic Swan Lake.
.
The white and black swans blew my mind! Their vastly different dances (light and darkness) were totally haunting. So interesting to see only dancing and facial expressions push a complex narrative forward. Ballet is pretty cool!
.
I know a lot of work went into putting this awesome show on. Thanks to all the performers and volunteers. I am feeling beyond proud to have helped sponsor your efforts. See you again next year SoCal Ballet Scene 😁

Super fun spontaneous road trip up to see my alma mater. Cal has changed quite a bit, but the eternal charm of Berkeley and the Bay Area remains. Couldn't be happier with my college experience there. I learned so much about Life during those years. And every time I return the place gives me more little nuggets of wisdom to bring back to my "everyday".

A little late sharing these, but Quest 2026 was another massive success. Cruising on foot from San Clemente Pier to the Balboa Pier in Newport is never an easy task, and I tricked myself into showing up in the morning saying I'd wear booties on my feet. But of course I went barefoot 😝
.
The conditions were absolutely perfect for an enjoyable time--sunshine, water temperature in the low-70s, with low surf.
.
Once again the cliff jump took my breath away, but it was so gratifying to see the guards who were hesitant first-timers last year relish the opportunity to do it again.
.
One thing I'll never forget will be my close encounter with seals in Irvine Cove. The way we locked eyes for such an extended period of time gave me that telepathy feeling, like we were reading each other's minds. So much going on in the minds of our marine mammal friends.
.
But always the takeaway from this event is the camaraderie amongst the guards, from up and down the OC coastline. It was lots of fun to swap stories while we explore our beautiful home. This is such a cute home in Capo Beach! I was joking (not joking) when I said I may just lease it myself and move in 😅

This cute duplex was such a pleasure to spend time in. Great location, ocean view, excellent breeze, clean, private. I was tempted to lease it myself! But in the end I'm happy for the new residents who I'm sure will enjoy this space for years to come.
