You cannot simply feel your way to the truth. Emotions are not tools of cognition, they are merely reactions to your thoughts.

The recent study highlighted by Scientific American and published in the journal Nature reveals that a single high dose of psilocybin, the active compound in "magic mushrooms," triggers a massive but temporary reorganization of the brain’s communication networks. Researchers from Washington University School of Medicine used "precision functional mapping," a rigorous methodology involving nearly 20 functional MRI scans per participant before, during, and after the experience. They discovered that the drug causes a profound desynchronization of the Default Mode Network (DMN), which is the interconnected set of brain regions active when we are introspective or thinking about ourselves. This "scrambling" effect was so intense that the brains of different individuals under the influence looked more similar to one another than to their own sober, baseline states.

This dramatic disruption of the DMN provides a neurobiological explanation for the "ego death" or loss of self-identity often reported during psychedelic trips. By temporarily breaking down the rigid neural pathways that define our sense of self in relation to the world, psilocybin creates a state of heightened "brain entropy" where regions that normally remain separate begin to communicate more freely. This global shift in information flow allows for the surreal distortions of space, time, and perception that characterize the experience. However, once the acute effects of the drug wear off, the brain largely snaps back into its original configuration, suggesting that the primary "trip" is a transient state of total network instability. by @antifragile_ely

Anu, the Father of the Gods - the source of all divine authority.

The difference in chromosome count between humans and great apes—such as chimpanzees, gorillas, and orangutans—is one of the most compelling pieces of evidence for human evolution. While our closest living relatives possess 24 pairs of chromosomes totaling 48, humans possess 23 pairs totaling 46.

The idea that the Anunnaki altered human DNA is a central pillar of Ancient Astronaut theory. A race of extraterrestrials called the Anunnaki came to Earth from a planet named Nibiru roughly 450,000 years ago to mine gold. After a mutiny by the worker class of aliens, their chief scientist, Enki, supposedly suggested creating a primitive worker (Homo sapiens) by combining Anunnaki DNA with that of early hominids (Homo erectus). Proponents of this theory point to the fusion of Chromosome 2 claiming it was a deliberate edited to increase human intelligence and make humans a more compliant workforce.

Also, the Anunnaki purposefully shortened telomeres—the protective caps at the ends of chromosomes.

Telomeres naturally shorten every time a cell divides; when they become too short, the cell can no longer divide and eventually dies. The Purpose: this kill switch was designed to prevent humans from living as long as their creators, ensuring a revolving population of workers that wouldn’t live long enough to challenge their gods by @antifragile_ely

Trust the science

When you tell the public to blindly “trust” a consensus that later shifts as new facts emerge, you destroy public trust instead of building it. Like the mRNA vaccine efficacy 👉 turbo cancer, myocarditis, blood clots, mRNA pediatric mandates😳 by @antifragile_ely

Your body has something like an internal clock that controls when you feel awake, tired, hungry, and even stressed. This clock lives in a tiny part of your brain called the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN, for short), which sits in a brain region called the hypothalamus. Think of it like the conductor of an orchestra — it doesn’t play every instrument itself, but it keeps everything else in your body playing in time with each other.

The SCN doesn’t just make up its own schedule. It gets its timing cues from light that enters through your eyes. Bright light in the morning basically tells your brain “it’s daytime, start the day,” while darkness at night tells it “time to wind down.” The SCN then sends out rhythmic electrical signals, kind of like a heartbeat, that pulse on a roughly 24-hour cycle.

Those pulsing signals from the SCN don’t stay in the brain — they get sent out to basically every system in your body: your stress response, your hormone (endocrine) system, your metabolism, and your behavior. So when your internal clock is working well, your hormones, energy levels, and hunger cues are all synced up and firing at the right times of day….. by @antifragile_ely
