Started as a sleep-deprived new mom who counted baby-wearing as cardio…
…ended up as a mom who actually chooses to work out at 5am.

I’ve been the woman hiding from cameras, the one exhausted from carrying extra weight (and 47 snack bags), and now… the one building muscle and lifting things that aren’t just laundry baskets.

This didn’t happen overnight. It wasn’t magic. It was years of tiny, boring, unglamorous choices stacked on top of each other—while still being the snack-fetcher, homework-helper, and chaos-manager-in-chief.

If you’re in the middle of your own “what even is my life” season, let this be proof: you can start over. You can get strong. You can feel amazing in your own skin. And you can still have kids who refuse to eat the dinner you made.

My intuition told me to walk into that studio a while back, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. What started as casual hellos has turned into real connections. people who are warm, funny, and made me feel like I truly belong this weekend. We hiked, we moved, we laughed way too much, and I left feeling lighter. As a mom, wife, and nurse, I didn’t realize how much I needed this reset, but I did. Thank you ladies for an amazing weekend that I will never forget 🖤

When I lost my mom and grandma at 18, I never thought I would someday have a family again. Then came my first little girl, and everything changed. Since then, I’ve been blessedwith three little girls who are my heart, my chaos, and my purpose. They make me crazy on a daily basis, but they also gave me the family I didn’t know I was waiting for. From a COVID pregnancy and a Labor Day entrance (my little overachieving Virgo twin 🙃)… to a full-blown 5-year-old who snacks like it’s her job.

She’s my rainbow baby, my last baby, my “worked 12-hour shifts with her in my belly during a global pandemic” baby. And now somehow she’s negotiating snacks and attitude like a pro.

Yeah, turns out sweating through yoga flows, lifting heavy things, and running until I can’t hear my own thoughts works better than pouring another glass of wine ever did.

It hasn’t been linear. Some days I crush a workout, other days I barely roll out my mat — but at least I show up. Progress is messy, and They said: you look happy.
