Thank you, August 🤍

Such a beautiful month full of little moments, big ideas, and so much to be grateful for.

Celebrated the birthdays of two amazing women, enjoyed our monthly ladies luncheon, laughed way too much at the movies, received just-because flowers + prosecco, got a little dancing and teaching in, and kept showing up for my yoga journey.

We had another amazing Soulful Sunday, met the sweetest new coffee vendor, explored a beautiful new event space, and had some exciting meetings behind the scenes — including a very special upcoming book launch. 📖🌙

And somewhere in between… the cutest chickens and peacocks made an appearance too. 😂🤍

August felt creative, exciting, full of connection, and like the beginning of a few new chapters.

So thankful for it all. Hello, September

July, thank you.

What a beautiful month it has been.

From celebrating two very special Cancer birthdays, spending quality time with family, and taking a couple of road trips with my mom, to soaking up summer by the pool, a Release session with Rose, and experiencing a grounding temazcal ceremony… July was filled with moments that nourished my heart.

I also shared another wonderful monthly luncheon with amazing women, celebrated with a talented chef friend as he earned a well-deserved win at a local food festival, ran into a cousin and ended the month feeling energized after yoga and barre (yes… there was a little happy dance in the car).

Behind the scenes, we’ve been pouring so much love into preparing for Soulful Sunday on August 16, and I can’t wait to share everything we’ve been creating.

Thank you, July, for the memories, the lessons, the laughter, and the reminder to slow down and enjoy the journey.

Hello, August. I’m ready. 🤍

Yoga at Socal Big Bear Retreat is in the books✅ WOW what an amazing experience it was with even more amazing humans. So much love, light, peace and connection. We enjoyed a beautiful home with expansive views of Big Bear valley and lake! The food was spectacular, absolutely delicious! Beautiful scripture study each morning followed by dynamic yoga flows to start our days, restorative resets after long scenic and not so easy hikes. We got to jacuzzi with so many laughs and a sound bath meditation to ground our energy. We even got to celebrate a birthday 🎂 So grateful for all the woman and memories we created. I don’t know about you all but I’m ready for another one. Up next Costa Rica retreat. Sign up today!!

Don’t let your limitations hold you back 🗣️

Remember that you don’t have to stop working out, you may just have to change how you work out 💭

If you saw my last post I was repping 55lbs chin-ups. If I stopped working out because I was recovering from ACL surgery there is no way I would be doing what I’m doing now. I’m not saying to do what I do (as I have experience with surgeries, an athlete and trainer for years) but I want to remind you to not let your circumstances hold you back from achieving your goals. The little things you do everyday make a big difference 💯
