Anyone else experience this? Is this the correct perspective or am I missing something?

First time doing an #icebath and it was pretty intense I must say. Shout out to @breathhauss for guiding us all through an amazing breath work session and coaching us on the ice bath. Big thanks to the homies @iamdavidposso and @iamantoniofernandez of @everflowsound for inviting me and hosting such a beautiful experience. HIGHLY recommend.

P.S. They finally got me to crack in the 3rd slide😅😅.

Who's your co-pilot?

Logistics are not glamorous but they do keep productions on track! If you don't have these systems in place, you're almost certainly bound for a failed night.

Quit playing to empty rooms on the road! Swapping shows with bands and artists in other markets is a great way to make touring worth the time and money. If you have a solid draw in your hometown and are ready to take your project on the road, this is the perfect strategy to start getting yourself out there! Would love to hear some different perspectives on this.

If you have to call out of a gig, don't just say sorry, find your own sub. It takes the pressure off the MD, creates an opportunity for someone in your network, and if your sub crushes it, you've turned a bad situation into a trust-building moment. Who's the first person you'd call?

Touring early without a plan is just expensive wandering. The framework I always used: anchor dates to build around, filler dates to keep the tour financially viable. Simple concept, big difference in how a run actually goes. What's your strategy?

Anyone else ever been given a note to play something "sexy & c**ty" for a guitar solo 😅!? Had a blast playing on and co-producing this one.

Playing bass on a dope new track that just dropped today! Shout out to @thebroadwayb & @_beccahannah_ for letting me be a part of it! And big shout out to my partner in rhythm on this one, @patch.makes.music for not only making it super easy to lock in, but for also nailing the production. Go listen to it! Link in my bio or stories.

Democracies don't work in bands. Not everyone wants or needs to be making decisions. Agree or disagree?

Been taking a little hiatus from posting but figured this was worth a share. It was truly a special night at the best listening room in the country with great friends. Thank you @bluejayjax for providing a space for artists to explore the boundaries of music, share their art, and cultivate community. Big thanks to @chris.underdog, @kevdramos, @kevin_peacock, and @gabrielgiannelli for putting this important monthly showcase together and inviting me to perform. They indulged my itch to just walk on stage with no plan, no music prepared, and improvise. We made some real magic happen. And finally thank you Jacksonville for welcoming me into your scene 10 years ago and allowing me to find my identity and build some of the greatest friendships one can have in this business. It was great reconnecting with everyone last night both on and off the stage. Until next time Jax!

Finally got there on the pic eventually😅😅.
